Disappointed in Customer Service – Purchased cable. Rang day after as connection was incorrect and I wanted to return . 3 phone calls and two emails and no assistance . Fortunately only $24 . Lesson learnt not to purchase again from this company . No resolution after 3 weeks .

Do not buy from this company, it's the worse company I've ever dealt with, 3 weeks after ordering no confirmation or shipping details and impossible to get any sort of reply from . They did send me a generic email with a link to a YouTube video that's 4 years old blaming stock issues on covid. Paypal is involved now. Absolute rubbish company. Steer clear.
Terrible, buyer beware! Nearly a month I ordered, no responses from them, no shipping. Had to open a PayPal case and still nothing from them and no refund.AVOID LOKE THE PLAGUE!
No response from supplier after money is taken – Took my money online when items were showing in stock, two weeks later i get an email saying they will not have for another month and a half. I told them via email id like it refunded and no reply. Also their phone number is totally useless and refers you back to the email address which makes you feel powerless. Id save the headace and buy elsewhere

was finally able to get it working again if I had switched the vehicle off and back on again. Then it started kicking on and off while travelling over rough terrain. I have finally had to strip out my 2way radio to get access to the rear of the unit only to see the shambles of wires attached to the head unit. I drove back to Cannington Audiocom only to see that they are no longer there.
I am really unimpressed, and feel that I need to warn others about Audiocom being an ripoff.
Dashcam installation – I have visited the shop in Osborne Park to install a dashcam in my Nissan Qashqai. My initial choice was the Blackvue DR770X but unfortunately I let the guy at Audiocom persuade me to take the Thinkware f200 pro. I asked him if that camera also had a barrel design and if it is as resilient to heat as the DR770X. To both of my questions he replied… Read more
yes but as you might already guess, both statements are not true. The Thinkware f200 pro has a rectangular design and its heat resistance is way lower than that of the DR770X. The DR770X operates up to 80C whereas the f200 pro shuts off at 60C. Either the guy had no idea what he was talking about or he tricked me into buying a model that gives them a higher profit margin. On top of that they installed the camera in such a way that it obstructs the view of the driver. And it cannot be placed in the frit area (black dots on the windshield) on the passenger site as the lens of the camera is on the opposite site compared to the DR770X. When I talked to the guy who sold me the camera about this mounting issue, he told me that the camera cannot be mounted in the frit area as it would not stick. He even went so far to tell me that they are the experts and that I was wrong. Funnily enough, the market leader in US - Blackbox My Car says this about mounting a camera in the frit area: 'Now, can you place your dash cam on that surface? The answer is yes. It is safe and it will not cause any electronic interference if you mount the tape on these dots.
In fact, we love using these dots to hide the bulk of a dash cam as it reduces the amount of the camera that's visible from the outside. As long as the lens sticks past the dot matrix you will have no problems with the dash cam.'
But hey Audiocom are the experts... When I asked for a refund my request was denied.

some support. Tried other channels as well. Business does not reply to emails, return phone messages, or publish store hours on its website.
Had no trouble getting a refund, which is the sole glimmer of redemption, but really would have much preferred the unit. Which may well still have been the optimal solution. It just became too impossible to deal with this company.

Best advice in the field – The boys at Cannington really know what they're on about. Jessie, Caleb and Alex each helped me. I felt like I got recommended the right gear for my car rather than being sold the most expensive stuff they could. Very honest about quality, would recommend to anyone.
Do not order – Ordered a plug and play amp kit. Arrived without required cables. Called and told to email, then they don't reply to emails.. never again, order elsewhere. Can't install my purchase
Awesome sound! – Thanks to Korum and his team at Audiocom Cannington for installing an AWESOME sound system in my car! The difference in quality is unbelievable. Makes driving more pleasurable now! Much appreciated fellas.
Best Deal Helpful Friendly – Being I am from other side of perth I rang up and found out was only a minute away when I got there asked if was going to install myself as I was, offered me some free little tools to make the job easier. Had to ring 2 more times with silly questions and they were busy and rang me back within a hour was ver Impressed as I've been looking for stereo for a while Thanks Audiocom Cannington
