Audiosonic Digital Indoor/Outdoor Weather Station

Needs better instructions!! – This Weather Station is available at Kmart for $20 so firstly don't expect it to be a scientific instrument! In saying that, it's quite good for what you pay. It has a bright and colourful LCD display and at a glance gives you the Indoor/Outdoor temperature, humidity, predicted weather and time. The instructions however are a bit confusing as they're written in pigeon English and have completely left out the information on how to connect the wireless outdoor sensor to the base unit.

If you've bought one of these units and are wondering how to get the sensor talking to the base unit, press and hold the CH/+ button on the base unit until the wireless symbol flashes in the outdoor reading section on the display. Make sure you have selected channel 1 as this is the default setting.

You should now have an outdoor weather reading. The sensors red LED will flash every 30 seconds if it has connection however you'll know if it's connected if you have a reading on the base unit!
