Australia Ships from Melbourne Free shipping on orders over $120 AUD. Orders under this have a $12.90 AUD flat rate shipping fee. Shipping times range between 2-5 working days. Express shipping (1-3 working days) available for $19.00 AUD. And on the confirmation email it also stated Free Standard Shipping 5-10 business days.

Another email from you which I received on the 18th of December (12 days after I placed the order) said the native green head strap is currently out of stock, it took 12 days to work it out that you don’t have that, it quite pathetic business running! I quickly replied that I will take the masks to use overseas as I will leave Sydney on the 27th of December. BUT I only received some items that dispatched on the 22nd of December and received that on the 24th of December. And the rest of the order on the 31st of December!

It didn’t send out within 2 working days, it didn’t ship from Melbourne and the shipping time range is nothing to do with 2-5 working days!

I’m wondering what am I going to do with the mask that sit in Sydney while I’m in Bangladesh which I desperately needed???

Your mask might be good quality but the service is a pooring. I will never order it again.

A better mask which is more comfortable – As one of the early Kickstarter backers in 2019, I've been using the AusAir masks for a while now. The woven skin is durable and easy to clean, while the filters are very breathable. The Apple-style packaging and fast delivery are a plus. Their masks are more comfortable and better looking than others I've tried.

replying to that they would give me a full refund, last friday and I have not heard back. I have since contacted them and replied multiple times and have been ignored. It is disgusting behaviour and I will be reviewing on all possible platforms so more people don't get screwed around like I am being right now. Especially in the current cost of living crisis. I will be contacted the ACCC and fair trading as well once my paypal dispute has been finalised.

Stay away from Ausair – I ordered weeks in advance, the order never shipped, they never replied and I am left looking for a last minute alternative. So stressful - I have no idea why they have such contempt for customers. I have asked them to cancel the order and refund money… still nothing in reply. Only one form of contact and they ignore it. Really miserable about this experience, I would recommend staying away from this business.

fabric skin to get a complete seal (folding down the top to keep pressure around my nose bridge) a simple fix and with such amazing filtration im in love, ive bought the head strap and a lot of filters, best mask ive found for all around clean air (u also look cool asf)

DOES NOT WORK!!! – I bought these especially since i wear glasses and their marketing indicates that it was designed for this. This is NOT TRUE. Glasses fog up more, then with most, if not all other masks I have worn. Furthermore, they are VERY uncomfortable on top on the ears and cause great discomfort and pain. Also, this is a Chinese product. They use "Aus" in their name, but they should be called "Chi"Air...

Useless if you wear glasses – This mask is four or five times thicker than any other mask I’ve worn. Although the quality is good, no argument there, it is very cumbersome. If you wear glasses or sunglasses then forget this mask. They will be sitting halfway up your forehead or halfway down your nose. There is no compromise. I am very disappointed about that and regret my purchase because I cannot use the mask.

After 4 weeks of the Australia Post tracking app being on ‘Ready for Processing’ I contacted the company only to be sent a new tracking number showing the product is actually on the way from China. Now I don’t order from China because it takes so long. So the fact they make a big deal about being in Sydney is irrelevant because the product is actually shipping from China. I contacted them again and the response was so sad too bad and we don’t care that 5 weeks later you don’t have your masks, it has left our warehouse not our problem. I was initially quite excited about this product but I certainly would not recommend dealing with this company. There are lots of masks so buy from someone else.
