Ausgrass - Quality Service! – Luke installed our grass in a very professional manner. His customer service skills and quality workmanship were exemplary. The salesman Ben promptly sent out samples and kept us well informed of the installation process. I would highly recommend this company.
Stone panels not great quality. Wont buy here again – Poor quality wall panels. The back of the panels isnt straight and bent inwards. The overall product is hollow from inside. The manager on the call said need to press it and glue to wall which seems quite weird as i would be pressing the front of the panel towards the wall causing inwards bend. refunding. Please be aware there are no return or refunds in this store and they dont mention it on the website. the box and labelling of the package is chinese so probably imported from china. Attached pics of panel paid 500 bucks for a box of these.
Very happy with your Product and Service – Best Experience! Thank you Ausgrass for sorting my back yard. I had bought grass from you guys about 7 years ago and wanted to add more to the side yard connected to the previous synthetic grass. After the new grass Install, it all looks like it was all newly done, no joint lines and perfect installation. Great job by your installers, Luke and his boys! Best grass and best service!!!
Terrible grass and expansive – Ausgrass claims that their grass isn’t made in [Content Removed] and then gives you a crap story of how the yawns are from US but rest is made and manufactured in [Content Removed]. You can buy same quality [Content Removed] grass for way less from other suppliers. Don’t waste your money like I did.. their customer services is only good until you have paid for the product. I won’t recommend them to anyone.
Great quality – So happy with this grass. We have used this grass consistently for the past 5 years and have hundreds of happy clients. Still the best synthetic grass we have ever used

had looked at previously around Hoppers Crossing) and the colour Native is so natural looking and that is what i was after and as advised by the gentleman it would only require minimal sand to keep it looking fab.
the installation process was short and they completed the job exactly how they said they would.
very very happy with there service, quality of product and instore customer care.
i would 150% recommend anyone who wants artificial grass to go into Ausgrass if you want a very good quality product and information
