Sent me sterile vials that have been expired since april last year (42025). Emailed them and no response for 2 weeks now.

Product did not arrive. Called and emailed. No response. When I call they are always “unavailable at the moment”. SCAM COMPANY!

Just been Scammed I have the same story to share as as every one else here ....

On the 31/12/25 I purchased products from Auslabs. warehouse and call me straight back, I didn't receive a call back.

On the 16th of January I again called and spoke with someone who again said they could see my order and previous contact and someone would contact me

On the 19th of January I called 6 times trying to speak with someone, I was unable progress the matter further and dispirite confirming my contact details was not contacted by a company representative.

On the 20th of January I again called and again was told my details and contact request was in the system and someone would call me back. I told them if there was a problem with supplying the items to return money.

On the 21st of January I called again, I was again told my request for someone to contact me about the order was in the system, I spoke quite strongly about my dissatisfaction with the customer service and the contact person said she would escalate the complaint. I told the person if they were unable to fill the order to return money including the postage, total $50.

Today is the 23rd of January and I still haven't been contacted or received my products. I called this morning at the commencement of business and demanding the return of my money.

It is now the 27th of January, I haven't received the products, or contacted by a representative or received my refund.

Due to your contempt towards myself and complete inaction on this matter I would strongly recommend having nothing to do with this apparent business.

DO NOT PURCHASE , sent 4 emails , called them 3 times , each time told I would get a call back . Did not deliver or even send the products . I lodged a complaint with fair trading yesterday . Disgusting company who have scammed me .

OAP here. Ordered medical supplies on 5th December. Still waiting. Sent 10 msg and 2 phone calls. SILENCE. I've repeatedly asked for refund...NOTHING. it appears this company's only products are THEFT AND LIES. SCAM SITE AND NOT AUSSIE ! NO STARS GIVEN

received. Today I received a call from a representative from AusLabs saying that my order is about to be mailed today and I would receive my order by express post tomorrow, being 24/12/2025. I was also advised that a tracking number would be sent to my email address immediately. I was advised that I would also receive a free item. I still have not received my new tracking order advice. I am still of the opinion that this company is scamming people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. They processed my order and gave tracking details but never handed it over to AusPost. Contacted them by phone and email numerous times. The receptionist will only take messages and tells you someone will call back but never does and all emails have been ignored. I have lodged a dispute with my bank to get refunded. Many more people have experienced the same over the past 2 months.

Once Again.. Great effort Guys/Girls.. This must be the 5th time I've placed an order and NEVER a single problem. Great packaging... Fast delivery.. Great quality product... Couldn't be happier with the experience.. Much Appreciated, Much Respect... Keep up the GREAT work

I ordered 2 and only received 1, emailed support twice weeks apart and no reply. dont order from these people if you dont like being scammed.
