I bought heated gloves and I and asking for a refund. I cannot get my fingers into the gloves as the material inside is so tight. I am so disappointed as I have been waiting on these gloves for my arthritis. I will not purchase anything from them again. I have tried to ring but no answer. I have sent an email and I will wait to see what response i get.

Ordered and paid for 2 LED red light therapy belts. One was fine initially but became faulty after 3 months. The second one had an electrical cord didn't work. It took4 months, many emails, 2 videos and the threat of legal action to get a refund. Apparently, the defective one is more than 3 months old so there is no comeback. However I will follow this up with a consumer agency. Bodgy goods and very poor refund policies.

The other alternative was me to order the same product on their website and get a 30 percent discount. What would i do with the wrong size they delivered in the first place. Just be wary of the returns and refund policy as they still wont do a refund or replace the product at their own cost.

Like a few other people unfortunately I only read product reviews and not the company review. Ordered an ortho pillow a few weeks ago hoping to use it on a trip away. Worse, the product itself is unreliable: • The step counter recorded hundreds of steps while I was sitting still. • The sleep monitor recorded zero data across several nights. • The ECG function showed no ectopic beats at all, despite my known heart rhythm condition, verified by clinical testing.

I’ve reported this to regulatory authorities and advise others to AVOID this product and company.

Absolute rubbish product. Was missing a part but even with it, it's just poorly made and wouldn't work. Have tried to return as per their policy and I have just received email replies that do not correspond with my requests. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them. If you have had the same experience, please take the time to report to the ACCC to protect others.

refund, they will offer you 30% discount first and 40% discount if you don’t accept the first discount. I’m 56kg and the ‘ultimate comfort’ lumbar support went flat as soon as I sat on it. If it wasn’t my own money I would have laughed, it was that comical. I plastic blown up seat ring has more support. Save your money.

Do Not Purchase Anything From Them! – BEWARE! I would not even give them 1 star. I received the wrong product, which was not usable and I paid more than what the product was worth. Initially they would only provide a 30% refund. After some polite back and forth they gave a 45% refund. I should have been given the correct product or 100% refund. They are a scam.

Better than expected – At first I thought I was going to be scammed however the package eventually arrived and I’m pleased to say that both products I purchased are as advertised. I think the company could improve it’s customer experience though.

Have sent about 4 emails on the same matter and the last one stated it arrived in Brisbane on the 10/10/24, was collected on the 10/10/24 and arrived in destination country on the 14/10/24. Question if it arrived in Brisbane on the 10th, what destination country did it go to on the 14th. Again wrote to the Aussie care pro, and have had no answer back. It Looked like i had done my money. The goods finally arrived nearly a month later. I still never received any confirmation from Aussie care Pro. To me they are not real professional at all. their emails are very basic, no company letter head or any thing stating who they are.
