They lead you to believe they supply quality physiological grade products but it is very poor quality foam that will cause more harm than good. A regular coach cushion would do more than this can. Very low density foam. They also lead you to believe that the company is based in Australia but again, it took weeks to arrive. Very disappointed
Very poor quality, it feels like a second hand item thats been used for years. The filling has gaps, the material is loose and terrible and the base is flimsy and feels like its about to break. Unfortunately we tried to send it back, but their warehouse is in China so its too expensive to send back. However their customer service was fairly good, Jessica was friendly and professional.

I was expecting it to be bigger, the carry case it came in had 1 clip that doesn’t clip ( so broken) and the items inside the case are….shall I say 1 not working and the other 2 confusing. It’s a rechargeable torch but it came with a battery pack to take AA & AAA BATTERIES and the big orange battery is shrink wrapped and so I contacted them to see if I need to take the orange plastic off and instead they sent me a video on how to use the torch, for Pete’s sake that’s not what I was asking help with, I was asking why one of the components isn’t working even though it has a switch on it plus I don’t know what it is and why do I need to use AA & AAA batteries if it’s got the large rechargeable battery?!

I bought heated gloves and I and asking for a refund. I cannot get my fingers into the gloves as the material inside is so tight. I am so disappointed as I have been waiting on these gloves for my arthritis. I will not purchase anything from them again. I have tried to ring but no answer. The other alternative was me to order the same product on their website and get a 30 percent discount. What would i do with the wrong size they delivered in the first place. Just be wary of the returns and refund policy as they still wont do a refund or replace the product at their own cost.

Absolute rubbish product. Was missing a part but even with it, it's just poorly made and wouldn't work. Have tried to return as per their policy and I have just received email replies that do not correspond with my requests. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them.
