I have been emailing for two weeks now just to get some information on when my item will be shipped. Unbelievably slow service for postage however extremely quick to reply to emails. Very strange experience so far. Do not rely on this company if you need your item quickly like I did. I’m still waiting for their “dispatch team” to let me know when my item will be shipped, my bet it’s probably not even in stock. Should have read the reviews.

With the help of herbs, exercise, ice packs and creams I've been able in the past 9 months to get back on track, but still needed more assistance to help repair and relieve pain. I had researched the brace before I purchased it and I found that the Aussie Massager Store had the best price. The delivery of the article was excellent, as I live in a remote part of North East Victoria. The quality of the product is excellent, and to wear it was a simple to put on. Over all this was a great purchase. And I check out their website on a regular basis to see what other articles they sell that I might need, and the pricing is excellent.

I was lucky enough to be recommended this store, particularly the 'compression back belt'. I have since endorsed this product and even purchased it as a gift. For anyone with lower back pain, this will significantly improve daily living. available therefore had not been shipped! Made formal complaint to Aussie Massage store, ACCC, Consumer protection! It is illegal to mislead customers, by being supplied with a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, a fraudulent tracking number at that this company deliberately breached Australian consumer law! I then contacted my bank and engaged in a disputed transaction with this company! I did get my money refunded but no apology! No, I cannot in good conscious recommend this company due to its intentional deceitful sales tactics. My advice is to shop elsewhere! Totally disgusted by their antics!

I have received a massage gun that wasnt the same as I ordered. I ordered one with 32 speeds and recieved a 6 speed one. Miss marketed. Once I received the massage gun it was faulty and doesn’t not work. Company does not offer refunds only store credit.

I recently purchased 3 x Silicone Honeycomb seat cushions. It's too soon to say if they're helping with my daily pain etc. I have one in my car, one at my study desk and one on my recliner. Still early days yet, so time will tell how they help me. I found the website quite easy to navigate, all the way through to checkout. The range of products on the website was quite extensive. The silicone honeycomb cushions look like good quality products.

The compression socks give me amazing relief. I have experienced vein insufficiency since a dvt in 2016. The quality is fabulous. These socks wash and wear well on repeat. Mine lasted a year before having to repurchase. The company has clear communications, and postage is always timely.

I love the massager I purchased 3 years ago and still use it. I originally ordered it for my partner but seem to use it more than her. She uses it for her hips and knees. I on th other hand use it on my shoulders neck and back. Absolutely love the quality and its certainly working just as good as the day I purchased it 3 years ago

I bought a tens matt and I use it regularly as I am a type 1 Diabetic. It works so well for back pain and nerve pain. My whole family use it now. Great price which is why I bought it from Aussi Massager.

Misleading site slow delivery and non existant customer service. The refund policy is exchange only for other dubious products. I wont use again and regret using first time.
