Aussie Medical Supplies

They don't state items are out of stock on their website, and don't respond to emails or website queries. I waited over 4 months, eventually PayPal got me a refund.

Refund not received – I ordered and paid for a product that was in stock on the website on the 11th September. After many inquiries on my behalf as to where my order was, I was informed on the 5th November that the product was unavailable and a refund would be processed. It is now the 2nd December and I have not received my refund. I will be escalating this to Paypal now. Do not order from this company. I wish I had read the 100% negative reviews before ordering.

Unpleasant – Was told that the item I had ordered was out of stock and offered a refund.Supplier kept stalling on refund.Only got my refund when Paypal became involved.Avoid this business.

Non delivery – Again dont buy from this supplier. Wish i had read these reviews first. I ordered a shower chair for my disabled partner and then nothing regarding delivery details. nothing happened. It took me nearly one month to get my money back. Thank goodness for paypal. they are a shameful scam porporting to be selling medical supplies. dont buy from them.

I actioned a dispute with PayPal and got a refund straight away. Avoid this mob at all costs – seller seems pleasant enough, but is actually just a time-waster feigning technological ignorance.

about the wrong, very cheap and low quality item was sent and I was totally ignore this time. So in conclusion I advised you to be aware of low service. It’s sad because looks like a Aussie business nice to support but Im doubt it, looks overseas one to me with lack of customer service and taking your money shipping low quality items, UPDATED (5week after this review) I suddenly received the item I originally bought might be 2 months after) no explanation!

Fake website – Never order from this website. It has been a more than month now. I haven’t received my order yet.

Beware – I have not recieved my order. It has been almost a month. I have emailed them twice and they replied with: 'confirm your address and refer to your last email' and 'your order will be coming soon' The last email was the order confirmation. Suspicious. There has been email that confirms that my order has been dispatched which normally occurs after the confirmation email. The website has no address. Also suspicious.
