Aussie Skier

Ordered a pair of ski boots. Never arrived. They blamed courier. Courier tracking says they were never handed over. Aussieskier seemed to think this was my problem and was reluctant to assist. Eventually said that they would look into it but then went quiet. Still have no ski boots and non existent customer service from Aussie skier. Would never use them again and don't recommend.

Online store committed to service – Bought skis and bindings. Great experience from start to finish. They seem to understand the online experience better than most other places. They had the biggest range of quality equipment and clothes. No overpriced crap gear like many ski sites. Site is clear and easy to navigate while the questions I had were all answered quickly. Gear turned up a few days later with the bindings perfectly mounted on my new skis.

Lovely jacket – Purchased an XTM jacket. Not the cheapest price out there, but chose it due to good reviews. I wasn't disappointed - fast postage and no glitches in ordering. Would buy again
