This is very frustrating, especially after already dealing with the first faulty item. I didn’t even get a chance to use the replacement.
I have contacted the company and expect a full refund.
I do not recommend this product to anyone.
Was buying from Aussie Toner for years. Last time got an XL cartridge which stated to give a very faint print at 69% full (As reported by printer). (1/3 of the capacity) Aussie Toner reply "it is out of warranty period, buy a new one". Not quite what I would expect for clearly faulty product. I am getting a new cartridge, but, naturally, will stay clear of Aussie Toner. Great way to lose long-standing customer.
Poor Delivery by Aussie Toner – I ordered 3 x TN1070 toner cartridges. They were being delivered on Tuesday 4th. My wife was home all day waiting for the delivery. I received an email saying they attempted a delivery but no one was in attendance. chair was facing the window next to the front door and Nobody approached the front door or rang the doorbell, and there was no ticket in the postbox, no sign of a courier?? The courier was either at the wrong address or lying. This meant I then had to go to the Post Office to pick up the item that should have been delivered, Because of this dodgy courier I would definitely not recommend Aussie Toner. Aussie Toner was also slow to respond to one of my messages and ignored my second message. Defiinitely Do Not Use Aussie Toner. I will not be using them again.
Amazing service – The guys at Aussie Toner helped me step by step and I saved me hundreds by using the refills. I will be buying all my tone from A.T moving forward. Thanks very much guys.
Staff are nasty and arrogant – Warning to all! Don't deal with these clowns. I purchased from their online store, then found out I was getting ripped off by them. Buyer beware!!!!!! Stay as far as possible!!!
Poor quality – Of the 4 cartridges in the full set I bought, 3 ended up leaking out the side and leaving colour trails down the side of the printed page. they wouldn't replace because of this - which is fair enough. I ended up replacing all of them with a local generic brand, that was maybe 20% more expensive, but actually worked! With 75% of the toners I bought being faulty, there's obviously something wrong with AussieToner's manufacturing process. My advice is to stay clear of them.
Simply excellent – All of us buy stuff on ebay, or most of us at least. Well, unfortunately, most of the time the items/sellers are just good enough.
