Certainly has me questioning this business as dodgy. Placed a order for two items received the 1st one sent by Union Lucky Returns, NSW. Then waiting waiting for the second item which hadn't showed up. So contacted via email asking where my order was, which they are very slow to respond two so put my Afterpay payments back. saying they had been returned & would I like them resent, which is very strange & asked our friendly post master & courier depot who I knew wouldn't send anything back & they stated they hadn't. To get a tracking number this time for second item from Broers, VIC. So buyer beware wish I had came here 1st to check reviews really dont think this is totally Aussie more like overseas shonky's & wont be going near them again.

Easy online ordering and fast despatch and delivery. Had a minor query relating to order emails which was quickly resolved with a phone call to very helpful staff who were in-country.....(OMG!) More than happy to deal again with local businesses like this. Westpac 'bank' should take a leaf out of AOS's copybook - it's called 'customer service'.

Wonderful service – I placed an order and immediately received an email advising order confirmation and that I would receive another email once the item was shipped. Got the second email within days and my item arrived within 4 days of ordering. I can't fault the service - AND my item (diesel heater) is brilliant!

Scammers – Made an order and received the shipping details pretty fast, but after a week the tracking still said “shipping information received by auspost” and so I emailed them asking why it hasn’t been sent yet, I was told they would look into it and get back to me, I hear nothing for 2 days. the item I ordered was out of stock and they were receiving more stock the end of the following week, by the end of that week still no change in my tracking, so on the following Monday I call them, I am told the stock will definitely arrive either the next day or Wednesday, by Friday my tracking still hasn’t changed and so I decide to email them again, this time I’m told that they ‘forgot’ to pay for the shipment and it was never actually on its way this whole month that I’ve been told it’s coming, that was a week ago and still nothing, order hasn’t been sent and no response to my last email. I am certain I have been ripped off.

Haven't experienced this before – They didn't have the item I purchased in stock. The website wasn't updated apparently. Rather then contacting me seeing if I wanted something else they just sent me something different in the hope I would like it. Well I didn't. Now I have send them back to get a refund. Waste of time and money and just plain

Fantastic service – Bought a 5kw diesel heater from Aussie Outback Store. Had a problem with it and Adrian could not have been more helpful. First he sent a part to try then when that did not work a whole new unit. Fantastic old fashioned service. Highly recommended.
