iPhone 11 Repair (Southland Shopping Centre Kiosk) – I went to the kiosk to get my iPhone 11 front and back repaired. About a day after the repair the phone began to restart itself every couple of minutes. I did some research and it is due to the repair being done incorrectly and the phone shorting itself. Not only did I pay over $400 dollars for the repair, my $1099 phone is completely useless. I have sent emails to the address on the website (Tunjay Akyldiz -tunjay@australiagsmworld.com.au) and received no reply. Due to lockdown and I cannot physically go to the kiosk.
They state that they have a 90 day warranty but refuse to reply in regards to it. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and raised a dispute with my credit card provider, however even if I get the repair money back, I have a completely useless iPhone.
good customer service – I repair my audio chip on iPhone 7 at Highpoint store & very profession service did very quickly while i am shopping. very friendly and helpful staff. Very happy i will go back again
Good customer service, great price!!! – I fixed my iphone 7 craked screen; staff did fast took me only 30 minutes, then help me choose a good cover, also screen was good quality , very happy will come back again.
Shocking and Horrendous Customer Experience – Shocking and Horrendous Customer Experience I have received at Australia GSM World store located at Highpoint shopping centre in Melbourne. I have brought a Goospery black cover at the store for my Samsung Galaxy A5 mobile phone on Tuesday 18 July 2017. The cover had a 2 to 2.5 inch sticker on inside part of the mobile cover. The store assistant did not remove the cover on that day of purchase and I removed the cover later. To my surprise the inside part of the cover had a large white spot which was concealed by the sticker.
I went back to the store at Highpoint shopping centre and advised the same at reception and to the manager. The product did not match the sample I have seen on cover at their store and is not of acceptable quality. I have asked the manager what was the reason to have a big 2 to 2.5 inch sticker on the inside part of the cover “MISLEADING PRODUCT”!!!! I was not given a reply and the manager got disgruntled and started saying can go and report to anyone and gave me his visiting card. I did not buy a sticker and was expecting a decent cover which is not damaged with no white patches on it.
The manager even looked at a different black cover for the same product at the store and has the same white patch concealed underneath the sticker. I did demand for a refund and the Manager (not sure of his name) became disgruntled, refused abruptly and advised that I can go wherever I want and will not refund me. I have asked the manager to give me an explanation in writing as to why he is not able to refund me. The manager refused to give in writing and threatened also called the security to leave the shop.
Good luck for future!!! If this the way you guys treat your customers when we ask for a refund/replacement. If you are not listening to your customers or even take feedback selling misleading products not sure where are you guys heading to.
