Worst company to go through brought a electric scooter it’s been nothing but trouble to try and get them to fix it it’s not even a year old they don’t get back to you takes them days to reply would not recommend getting there products

We have bought 4 hoverboards for our kids. 2 of these have failed. One in warranty and one just outside the 1 year warranty. anything worse. They then gave a slightly reduced price on a new board, but didn’t return the old board and battery etc.
Our neighbours also purchased some for their kids, one of the three purchased failed in the first two weeks and it took weeks to get in contact and a response.
Buying the boards are a gamble. Two of ours are still going ok, but who knows how much longer they will last.
The terrible customer service and faulty products are not worth the gamble. When we purchased our boards the company rating was 4.8/5…it is now 3.8 and dropping.
I strongly encourage people not to rate the boards until you have had them for 12 months as that’s about the life of your purchase.

daily, she has added a cart now and it's even more fun. This hoverboard is well built, it's so tough my daughter puts it to its limits and thrashes it and it has not skipped a beat. Reasonably fast to charge and the charge last a long time. This is great value for money especially if you use a promotional coupon. Highly recommended and would buy again from them.

Happy hovering! – We love our Australian hoverboard! It is so user friendly and fun. We gave one to our 8 year old for her birthday 3 months ago and she has played with non stop since then! Very poor experience. The product comes with a terrible instruction manual that is extremely confusing and poorly explained. Just look at the manual shown in the photo to understand how bad it is. complete lack of care and responsibility in the way the product is packed and sent.
It took us a very long time to assemble, and my husband is an engineer — so this is definitely not a lack of skill, but a problem with the product itself.
A toy like this should come with clear instructions and well-organised parts, especially as it is marketed for families and children.

Don’t not buy from this company. They don’t help you, they don’t answer emails nor phone calls. Then when you complain they demand you take the review down. They won’t help you at all. this week, but it’s the wrong color. I ordered the pink version for my granddaughter, who loves pink, and received a grey one instead. I’ve tried again to reach the company to arrange a replacement, but still no reply. My granddaughter is 7 and will be so disappointed. Poor communication and incorrect order fulfillment have made this a frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, the mailbox is full and text messages are undeliverable.
We own another hoverboard from a different company that we’ve had for longer, and it still runs perfectly. This model was $100 cheaper at $549, and while I was trying to save money, I regret this purchase due to the complete lack of after-sales support.
At this point, I feel extremely let down and just want the product repaired or replaced so my son can use his hoverboard again. I’m posting this in the hope that someone from the company will finally respond. I will update this review if the matter is resolved.
In the meantime, while I can’t tell anyone what they should do, I would recommend exercising caution before purchasing from this brand. Based on our experience, there is no customer support I can vouch for, and compared to the hoverboard we already own, this one is not worth the money.

Still waiting for the delivery (for a child for Christmas) of one hoverboard and one handle from 5 December 2025. Have you gone out of business. Emails are not being responded. Telephone is not being answered. I ordered 1 hoverboard on 5 December order ref 546475. Received it on 16 Dec 2025 I ordered 3 more hoverboards and one handle on 6 December order ref 546484. I received 2 of the boards on 16 Dec 2025.
Board has now arrived. Quality of the board is fine.

their messenger accounts (Instagram I believe) for an update, nothing heard from there, nor from the email I sent, no receipt number etc. Voicemail message bank is ALWAYS full and ALWAYS rings out. Hoverboard arrived the week before Christmas, but NO new helmet which we had ordered alongside it. We appreciate that there may be separate parts of the order sent out, but I have not received any tracking for this. The experience with this company doesn't make me confident with any future dealings we may need if there are warranty issues. Also concerning is the amount of deleting of comments from concerned purchasers on their Facebook page. I have caught this out numerous times throughout December.

I ordered three Off Road Hoverboards. I have only recieved one. I can not get in contact with the company by phone as the mailbox is full or no one answers. I have also sent multiple emails. I just want the other two boards I ordered and paid for. I'm so frustrated these are christmas presents for my children. Awful customers service. I will be disputing the credit card transaction.
