Provided good warranty support for Godox – I had a Godox studio strobe develop a fault after 5 months of use. The team at Photo Shop Studio maintained good communication throughout the warranty repair process (it was returned via post) and I received the repaired strobe in about 2 weeks. I have also had good experience with every single order made through them over the last 12 months.

I don't recommend it – I bought a trigger from them, and they sent me not working one, and I sent them emails and video as they advise me, but nothing, and now it's more than 12 days and got nothing—such lousy service.

Expensive shipping – Was charged $45 to ship triggers and receivers from Sydney to Byron . Checked with Australia post and shipping cost to return was $16. When this was questioned they were not interested in any explanation

"Be cautious with there sales!!" – Taking advantage there sale price reduction on a LEOFOTO Ball Head BH-46 with Panning Head $234 down to $199 - on delivery the box was in bad condition & then noticed that the Pan head tightening nut was marked - but worst was the immovable blemish on 46mm ball, which is noticeably notchy when moved thru into the housing when in tension.. assuming now that I was sold either a damaged return or a Shop used Demo.. But the Ball Head was needed and works really well can't complain the initial build - But it leaves me now to never consider this company or recommend them to anyone.. Also I received a email notification stating that the LEOFOTO is no longer available at that reduced price virtually after my purchase.. I was lead to believe that it was a genuine sale price,"it was not!!"...

Amazing Price and Service – A retail shop with wholesale price! I need some basic studio lightings and equipment to take some product photos for my shop. The staff in the shop was really helpful. They recommend a few godox products which are amazing. They also showed how to set up a simple background for my products. Save me a lot of money and time.

I had been supplied one new flash head and one used unit which had obvious signs of having been previously repaired and subject to considerable use - an ex demonstration unit ?? . I sent clear photographic proof to the seller. The flash tube dimensions were vastly different and missing factory protective white sleeving surrounding the terminal posts - which the new flash head flash tube possessed. The glass in the flash tube has an aged appearance (similar to the onset of aging seen in car headlights which have been left in the sun for a prolonged time) - not crystal clear as is evident in the new flash head. On unpacking, the used flash head had crumpled foam packaging around the modelling lamp - a clear sign of the unit being re packaged. The modelling lamp has a yellowish light compared to the white light from the new flash head. Both modelling lamps have the same part number. The flash head slave function ceased to work after 2-3 flashes. To complete my bitter experience with this dealer, the two supplied 8mm diameter shaft Godox umbrellas did not fit the internal Godox flash head receptacle - I was advised by the US Godox agent that I would need to purchase 7mm diameter shaft Elinchrom umbrellas - which I did, from the same seller - for an additional $150 ! Paypal directed me to ask for a replacement new flash to be sent before sending the repaired unit back. The seller refused. I was also concerned that the seller would (on first receiving my repaired unit) attempt a re repair and try to pass off the end result as a new unit – these flash heads do not have serial numbers. Paypal has approved a full refund - after I have sent the entire kit purchased back to the seller – at approx $300 (from WA) which Paypal will not assist with postage costs. The seller finally offered approx $300 refund – not the $380 as marked on the box or $388 that I will have to find to buy from another (hopefully more reputable) source. The seller has now increased his sale price on the QS-600 flash head to $430. To proceed with Paypal’s generous customer support, I will be grossly out of pocket. This case has not been finalised and has also been lodged with the NSW Government Department of Fair Trading. I strongly recommend to potential customers that you give serious consideration before dealing with this seller who does not merit even half a star rating. Disappointed, disillusioned and disgusted !!!

Very fast fulfillment – I was looking for a B+W Neutral Density filter for my camera and I found Photo Studio Studio on line. the automatic order confirmation. And lo and behold, within 15 mins, I have received an order that said "awaiting pickup". I did put on my order I needed the items urgently so not sure whether this is their standard service level or something special done for this order.

Anyway, drove down to their shop and it is quite a large shop and the gentleman there was very helpful with some of my questions.

I highly recommend this shop and will buy again. Looking for some savage paper for background and they do sell them at good price.
