Hi there, I had two boxes sent from Brisbane to UK 3 weeks ago. One arrived within 10 days, the other, tracking number EY117957005AU is stuck on ‘item processed at sorting facility’ and has not arrived since March 11th. It is now March 24th. The contents are sentimental to me, I would love to know atleast that the package is coming even if delayed. Can anybody help?

Parcel tracking no R226480047507623006120908 arrived at Bendigo sorting facility 16th December 2024 still sitting there have lodged an enquiry but have had no response other than to say would be investigated from 10th January 2025 why is this taking so long. This package was posted at belconnen act on 13th Dec 2024 and still hasn't been processed at bendigo .sitting there for a month now

How about paying for delivery of ceiling fans only to have them taken directly to a post office. I don’t have a car so I cannot collect and opening hours are 9-5 m-f. My husband goes to work at 5-30 home at 7. When calling they tell me they tried to deliver . Absolutely crap I was here all day as no car and they didn’t even leave a post notice slip. When I called they told me to collect or it will be sent back to the store. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no , then she was busy. When I insisted she said I would be called back that night. That was 4 days ago……. They are the most inept excuse for a company. It’s a criminal shame that they have a monopoly on this service. Do better we deserve better..No one there cares we are all just a number.who can I speak to about the fraudulent act of taking money and not delivering the services paid for…

Hi Juanita. Australia Post are very busy at Christmas so I wouldn't be holding my breath waiting for an item to arrive before Xmas.

Have an item that's been at Inbound waiting clearance in Melbourne since September er 30th. Customs won't assist items under 1k, USPS won't assist cause it wasnt premium package even though it has tracking and cost $35. And Aus post can't help. How broken is this system that literally no one can tell me what's happening with my package even though I know where it is and it has tracking?
How long does it take for a parcel to get put on a plane to the U.S. in Melbourne? I understand that AusPost works with Qantas, and there are daily flights between Melbourne and Los Angeles (where the U.S. Postal Service has its west coast international service center). I clicked on product review for Australia Post and didn't realise it was Australia Post international. But I ordered a product in my state that was express post and it didn't turn up for 2 weeks. I haven't had a problem with Australia Post before, they've always been good. But this parcel being express post and literally not that far from from my home being that it was delivered from the main city of my state to my home was frustrating and also didn't make any sense to me.
My package has been on the same status “Arrived awaiting clearance”(inbound) for 6 days. Previous packages I’ve received have come to my home within 2 days of this status appearing

Charging for "express" then having disclaimer and rarely arriving express. You're going to get a class action. In fact I think you all will be fired and replaced very soon. Update those CVs guys and gals.
Why does my parcel keep doing the rounds to different sorting facilities (4 so far) in south australia?
Poor leadership,terrible system,unreliable staff ,weak ministerial oversight,apathetic customer base. If you want change email the Minister for Communications (Michelle Rowland) and cc the Shadow Minister (David Coleman) .Google their email addresses. The only way this org will EVER improve is via WIDESPREAD public pressure demanding that this org be held accountable. A Royal Commission would be a good start. The public should rightfully be informed on who is handling our private and secure mail, and to have access to the complete the details of the full chain of custody.It's bigger than just mail, it's a national security risk. Legal docs,credit cards,passports all traverse these porous third world postal portal. And we have no idea who is exposed to these precious cargoes.
My 16 year old daughter signed my signature on a registered letter stating I had 5 days to respond from receiving it as I was not home I didn't actually receive it till a week later following this letter she signed for the next one (her signature) saying they are going to sack me I'm guessing because I didn't respond. My daughter said she told the mail person she hasn't done this before and they just said sign here and she could see my name that's why she signed my name and because I told her that's the wrong thing to do that's why she signed her name in the next one...is this legal? And how is this fair as I didn't receive it straight away? Thankyou
Maybe you should contact your employer. You claiming that you daughter signed is rubbish!
Obviously I will be contacting my employer, actually she did and I'm sure when they look at the signatures it'll be obvious... Thanks for your cynical opinion but I was actually after an answer to my question not an assumption about my morals and integrity from someone that has never met me. I sincerely hope things get better for you.
