Should have googled them first!!! – Ordered fridge parts 30/12. Order status is continually "awaiting fulfilment" so emailed and cancelled order expecting refund (as goods not sent). Now 1 Feb and no response so called - no answer. Should have googled reviews first - we live and learn but so sick of these businesses taking good hard earned $ and ripping consumer off.

Scam artists – I ordered hinges for my oven. They were not delivered. I contacted paypal to escalate and AAP finally sent counterfeit parts that don't fit. The company is a scam, don't buy from them......

Can't Contact the Company – I ordered a fridge part in early December, confirmation came right away and money charged to credit card. I have emailed 3 times and no response. I have telephoned at all hours they do not answer. I will be asking my bank for the credit card charge to be reversed. I don't see how this type of company can be allowed to continue trading. Not just the missing part but the awful inconvenience caused.

Fraudsters - Australia Appliances Parts – Purchased an item online, my money was withdrawn immediately. Try to contact them via phone number no answer, email them and email doesn’t exist. Finally got someone to answer phone and said yes you will have the money back in my account in a few hours here it is a couple of weeks later still not money. Next stop consumer affairs. These businesses need to be shut down.

Be Careful! – I ordered some fridge filters aver a month ago. Payment was processed but no response to multiple enquiries. Wish I had read the reviews here before giving them my money.

no reply to my emails and cant phone them – I ordered some parts and received and email saying they got my order and had processed the payment. 2 weeks later and i get no reply to emails at all and still have no parts. I cant phone them as they dont list a number. Do not use them as it looks like they are a fake company.

supplier they suggested I advise them the plate no. of my stove so they could tell me if it would fit. This was not possible so I sent them the burner measurements-they in turn replied with their own measurements,which I found to be suitable. They agreed if it wasn't suitable a full refund would be made I placed an order & paid by debit card. The part arrived only days later & fitted & operated well.

Recently a crack appeared in the ignition tube making it unsafe to use. I again contacted the supplier who expressed concern over what happened & advised a replacement part would be sent & this arrived within a matter of days.

Good service from a company who is prepared to go an" extra yard " to help their customers.

said it should be delivered over the next 5-7 working days. On the 8th working day, I sent them an email asking when was it shipped and got back the response that my order has been invoiced today and shipped. AFTER 13 DAYS !!!??? You're kidding, right???!!!! Even this I'm not sure of, cause they're laying bunch of dodgy people.

Don't buy anything from these guys. They are terrible.

I gave 1 star, just because they've replied to every email I've sent. Otherwise... minus 5 stars.
