The parcel box itself is great, and we haven’t had any issues with it so far, but the House signs were not what I expected and way overpriced. The after sales service is really poor and calls and emails are usually ignored. We sent the House sign back for a refund at our own expense and we’re still waiting. Great parcel boxes, but that’s about it.
We are so happy with our letter and parcel box . Now we don’t need to worry about getting our mail stolen or in the weather. Mail and packages are delivered safe. Very happy with the product
Mailbox arrived today and was easy to install and fit. Door a tad stiff but otherwise perfect. Installed next to our original mailbox for ease of delivery in wet weather. Looks great and already had passerbys praise on its quality and aesthetics.
LOVE IT – The ordering was relatively easy. I was able to pick the colour and have it constructed for me. I compared other mailboxes before purchasing this brand. Nothing comes close to it. Bought this now to beautify my entrance as I’m selling in the next few years. Unless they have this in my next home it’ll be one of my first purchases. No more worries about stolen parcels. Large parcels can be delivered safely! – Customer service is outstanding! Bruce is very easy to deal with and will help you select the best mail box for your situation. It was easy to put together, however if you are not good at construction then it would be worth getting Bruce to do it for you. Rusts so quickly !!! – Looks great initially, the size was good, but rusts so badly and looks unsightly only after 2 years. Definitely would not buy from Australian Parcel Box ever again. Definitely not made in Australia. Made in china I think.

purchased the electronic lock to go with this, which cost an extra $100. But I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Apart from not having to stand in the rain fiddling with keys myself. I add the parcel lock code to my address and eveything goes straight into my box. Usually they just put it thorugh the front flap. But one parcel was too big and according to my neighbour, the delivery guy did exactly what he was suppossed to do. Went straight to the back of the box, used the code provided on my address, and - popped in the parcel.
I chose the rendered box as I wanted to paint it. My box has always been a public convenience for birds. Not sure why me, nobody else in the street has a letterbox that gets covered in bird poo like mine does. In getting the render I was able to buy a good quality exterior paint, paint it to match the house, and yesterday the bird poo just slipped off by pouring water over it. Also, I think (personal choice here), the render makes it look much nicer than just a plain powdercoated box. I looked at the Bunnings ones, and they looked like tin cans. I think the render gives them a bit more character.
Another advantage in these boxes compared to Bunings, is that you only open one door at the back of the box to collect your mail and parcels. The other boxes I looked at had a door at the front you had to open for your parcels, and door at the back you had to open for letters. Basically you'd have to open both doors with a key to check for mail and parcels. With the Jo-EBox you only open the back door and access both mail and parcels.
Finally, and most importantly I klwnt to finish on this note. The service. The customer service was second to none. 'Bruce' was so helpful, so friendly, upfront and reliable. Delivery was on time, everything I ordered was included, I had a question I wanted to ask him - AFTER the sale and I had the box, and he returned my call within minutes. I love that. All too often once you have your goods, they move on to the next customer and you can work it out for yourself.
Based on Customer service and the product I would highly recommend Australian Parcel Box.
Best letterbox in the street – I love getting my parcels in the parcel box instead of getting a card to pick it up at the post office. Especially while getting so many necessities delivered while we couldn’t shop during Victoria’s lockdown. Our postie had a smile a mile wide and calls it “a postie’s dream”. Solid too - 30kg of good strong steel!
How did I live without it! – I have had my parcel box for 6 months, it has been great and I receive all my parcels while I am at work. It is excellent quality and has also significantly improved the look of my front yard. The designers have thought of everything. We researched every company before we chose Australian Parcel Box and we are glad we did.

Look for another company – I purchased this product and typical Chinese made, the powder coating turned to dust within 3 months and it is starting to rust, they have wiped their hands off it and offered some paint and a brush. The box is so thin and flimsy that anyone can break in also it comes with the electronic lock combination upside down, I'm a builder stuck with a box… Read more

Good product great service – I brought a OZ-EBOX works well, when it arrived it had a dent in it, rang the company, they organised another to be delivered, I had trouble reading how to operate to change the code on the box, I sent an email and received a phone call back that day. The owner went through how to change the code and stayed on the phone till I got it right. Customer service from this company is great, they go out of their way to help.
