Hmm I’ve deliberated over what mailbox to buy and finally settled on your jo-ebox. Went through the order process and paid via PayPal but when sent back to your webpage the confirmation button is inaccessible as is hidden under a banner at the bottom of the page. So I can’t order! Ok so maybe I can let you know but there’s absolutely no contact details for this company on the webpage so this is the only way I can think to make contact. Lack of contact details doesn’t fill me with confidence in handing over $500 either so it looks like you’ve lost a sale.
My experience was quite different. Before buying my two parcel boxes, I spoke by phone with the man whom I had previously met at the home show. Having got the answers I needed by phone, I ordered and paid online and they arrived in good order soon after. Perhaps your problems are a temporary glitch? Pretty sure you’d get their contact details from google if you can’t make the website work. But the way, my postie lives my parcel boxes.

I agree with Greg from Blackburn. I love my Parcel box and have used it all the time this year when online shopping became really popular in my house. Sorry you had trouble, and I see they’ve responded with an email.
Ok just a follow up, I shot off an email and received a prompt reply. Seems a web design oversight which is ok. I’ve left my question up as I think their quick response to an issue is commendable. The shame is my wife bought a small mailbox already but when that shows it’s insufficiency I’ll try and order one of these at a later date.
