excuses. I must have made at least 30 plus phone calls to chase up my blinds!!! Finally an installer called Vijay rang and I thought I was going to have my blinds installed this time. He said he would come 11am the next day, then changed to 1pm, then just DISAPPEARED!! I was going to take this company to VCAT but I got my deposit back just in time. This whole saga took from 20/6 to 13/10/2023 when I finally gave them an ultimatum and demanded my deposit back. I was very happy when the money came through and couldn't run quick enough from this company!!! Please please please stay away from this company and go somewhere else that you can trust and will deliver, and will value their customers!

Unprofessional – Vivek and his company are full of lies. Don’t use, go to another company and spend a little more. Be careful they tell you what you want to hear, they’ll get the sale over the line and when mistakes happen they won’t be held accountable.

Salesman and customer is shocking – Do not use this company. The salesman tells you so many lies it’s out of control. Promises you the world and then does nothing he tells you. If you have an issue you will get passed around everyone in the company and no one accepts they stuffed up. Great job – Vivek came and quote for the shutters and he explained how it will be fitted none of the other companies did this. price was also competitive. shutters were installed b4 we moved in yesterday which looks stunning worth $$$ great to deal with this guys. Very angry and upset ripped off – They came and measured my home for shutters no problem, and asked for a 50% deposit that i paid in cash. 12 weeks later nothing! i rang and they said they must have lost the order. I also believe now their reviews are fake, if you carefully read the website it is full of spelling errors and many sentences do not make sense, it's like all review are written by a 4 yearlold child or the same person. I also did an ABN search on their business, as they said they had been in business for 6 years, that is not true. The company was formed only last year, and their are dozens of other complaints of a similar nature to mine. Stay away from them. Do not pay a deposit. i believe they are just in the business of taking depoists from people, and earning a lot of easy money. They do not have a showroom and work from home, where ever that is. The person they sent arrived, measured quoted and I accepted, paid a deposit via credit card on 5 December 2018. I contacted them at the end of January to see when they were going to install, was told he would get back to me that day, he didn't, I rang again and again was told he would get back to me, he didn't. I started checking my banking details as I was getting very concerned and found the payment had not been deducted from my account. I contacted them again and asked them to confirm they had ordered them, I was sent a text message to say they would be installed on 12 Feb which came and went without contact from that company. I am still waiting for them to contact me, there is an 8 week lead time when you order shutters, I have wasted 8 weeks waiting for something that hadn't been ordered and I had a deadline to sell this place. Deal with a company you know you can trust and will perform, who value their customers and have a degree of customer service.

Won't install and wont take calls – Ordered some simply shutters in Sept, I was told they would be installed in November. Now mid December and after many calls, I am told a installation time. They don't turn up, after having someone at home all afternoon, I ring multiple time to work out a new time and never receive a call back. Only reason I went with this company was because of the reviews. Something is very wrong with this companys service!!! watch out

There is a delivery time of 5 or so weeks but it is worth it – I bought plantation shutters for the kitchen and lounge room. I am very very very happy with the product and the install. The product is excellent and the price is also excellent. I would definitely use them again on my investment property and maybe to do the downstairs area. My House looks royal After shutters installation – I bought plantation shutters and those Shutters were worth for the money spent on it. The quality was awesome and had a luxurious looking . Happy with it and I have decorated my entire house by these shutters and Viveka was helpful in choosing the designs that suits for my house. After installing the shutters my house has changed a lot and was good to look.
