Rude, ignorant! I ordered a police check through them but had great trouble with uploading photos and documents. There are no FAQ's or user manual or anything to support you through the process. I called, no replies and left message. I emailed, left a message. Nothing until 3 days later. By this time I wanted a refund. The Indian guy was rude and very short, told me to go through ombudsman. Then he offered 50% back. I agreed, that's better than nothing. Didn't get anything back, nothing. I will contact the ombudsman man since he offered 50% back. I'll also contact any other sites this thief works through. Don't use!!
Definitely NOT a scam - Great experience. Highly recommend – After reading the earlier review left by "Tom", I decided to call AuthNTick to ask some very intentional questions to see if this business was legitimate or not. The phone was answered within 3 rings for starters (at 2pm on a Friday - AEST) and the answers I received were genuine and gave me enough confidence to try this business out. WELL.... When they say 24 hour turnaround, that's an understatement. Police check came back within 17 hours, and on top of this, I can login and have access to the police check to print my own copies out, to view, email, etc. So if I don't have access to the email address it was sent to, I can just login. So easy. It seems the previous review was made by a customer who has not been completely honest about things and is just trying to cause trouble, as bad customers are known to do. I honestly had ZERO issues with AuthNTick. They were quicker than any other police check service I've ever used. Definitely worth the money (which wasn't much anyway)

[Content Removed] Artists – Steer well clear of this company. They don't reply to phone calls or messages during the day but call you at night to discuss issue with application. Deliberately messed with the application and then asked for another application fee because of mistakes that they claim you made. After calling them out for lying, they claimed they would take 10 dollars off the new application fee. After telling them that they are [Content Removed] they told me they would do it for free. I told them it was not free because I had already paid. I asked for my money back, but they refused. Absolutely the biggest pack of liars and [Content Removed] artists.
The review left by the applicant is incorrect. Despite helping him correct his mistakes, he still provided the wrong information, so his national police check was rejected.
Despite these mistakes made by the applicant, we still offered to reduce the fee by $10 and eventually provided a check free of charge, paying out of our own pockets. At AuthNTick, we are committed to ensuring everyone’s check can be submitted correctly and on time.
