very short, told me to go through ombudsman. Then he offered 50% back. I agreed, that's better than nothing. Didn't get anything back, nothing. I will contact the ombudsman man since he offered 50% back. I'll also contact any other sites this thief works through. Don't use!!

Definitely NOT a scam - Great experience. Highly recommend – After reading the earlier review left by "Tom", I decided to call AuthNTick to ask some very intentional questions to see if this business was legitimate or not. The phone was answered within 3 rings for starters (at 2pm on a Friday - AEST) and the answers I received were genuine and gave me enough confidence to try this business out. When they say 24 hour turnaround, that's an understatement. Police check came back within 17 hours, and on top of this, I can login and have access to the police check to print my own copies out, to view, email, etc. So if I don't have access to the email address it was sent to, I can just login. So easy. It seems the previous review was made by a customer who has not been completely honest about things and is just trying to cause trouble, as bad customers are known to do. I honestly had ZERO issues with AuthNTick. They were quicker than any other police check service I've ever used. Definitely worth the money (which wasn't much anyway)

dollars off the new application fee. After telling them that they are [Content Removed] they told me they would do it for free. I told them it was not free because I had already paid. I asked for my money back, but they refused. Absolutely the biggest pack of liars and [Content Removed] artists.
