The worst transport company in Australia – They are a bunch of scammers threatened one of my clients to damage my relationship with them. After they agreed to 30day payment terms they asked for payment straight away like our agreement wasn’t even spoken about. They called and harassed my clients office to get me to pay them. If only I could get my hands on the owner. I hope they have gone bust he cried poor on the phone.

Lied, again – He said he would refund me half the money from FEBRUARY. and he still hasn’t- so unprofessional and the worst company I have ever come across. He even said he would give me $1k now and the rest after I had deleted my review- still hasn’t. Pathetic. DO NOT USE.

Would give no stars if I could. Do not even consider!! – Phoned and arranged transport from Vic to WA. Paid up front (silly us). Don't even go there. Devastated there are people like this out there – Asked for deposit up front once paid would not return calls. Made all sorts of promises about collection failed every single time and there were numerous promises. Know wont even refund monies paid in good faith. Please don't refer then to anybody unless you want them to have the same grief as many have reported.

Think twice – Once they take payment to transport my car, they refused to take my calls. I have contacted the police, the court the media and court proceedings are underway. They believe they are above the law but we will see how it will work out for both of us. For anyone who is considering to use their services i would recommend to think twice.

This is about 8 months after being ripped of by Auto Haul Australia No refund, filed court claim but he is too sneaky, All the police can say is people like this will come undone one day. I ( mum ) has had a to pay twice 1 payment up front and then get a real transport company to get the car and deliver. we have had to go through so much paper work, phone calls and time my 83 year old mum is out of pocket and devastated people like this are out there waiting to pray on the unsuspecting.

DO NOT USE AUTO HAUL..!!!! – This company agreed to move my car from Sydney to Perth. Once they were paid, they would not answer the phone or emails that I sent them. The car arrived DAMAGED and they have refused to pay for the repairs. These people are dodgy in the extreme - DO NOT USE THEM...!!!!!

do yourself a favour and never even consider them for any job – Horrible people once the received payment to transport a car from Victoria to WA they disappeared they don’t even answer my calls and don’t refund. I am sueing them for my money back at the court. Do yourself a favour and never use this company for nothing

up from my house on the 9th January and I was flying on the 10th January. They didn’t show up on the 9th January and after lots of phone calls back and forth with them they said I would need to drop it off at a car yard in the morning (this is the morning of my flight!). The car yard was near the airport so I dropped it off (note the car yard was not owned by Auto Haul but Auto Haul were paying to the owners of the yard to keep my car there. The owner were very nice and have been helpful. My car sits in this car yard for four. I am constantly having to phone Auto Haul (note there is only one number and it is the owner of Auto Haul’s mobile) to get information and the owner keeps telling me a day when the car will leave but it never leaves and they do not tell me it hasn’t left until I repeatedly call/text for information. At this point I want another company to take over and try to arrange this with the owner but then he has a driver to take it to Sydney so the next day (7th February) the car leaves Perth and arrives in Sydney on the 12th February. However, the car just sits in Sydney for another two weeks (that is six weeks without my car and belongings). Lots of texts and phone calls and I get the Office of Fair Trading involved to try and mediate. So I try to negotiate for another car haulage company to pick the car up and Auto Haul to refund half my money they refuse to tell me where my car is! Another week goes by of trying to reason with them and I ask the police for advice they say he is withholding my property and therefore I can report it and they will take the car. After I mention going to the police Auto Haul phone me and say they will deliver the car to the new companies car yard and provide me with reimbursement. They did deliver the car, 3 days later then promised and have not provided a reimbursement so I now have to go through the Queensland tribunal to get my money back. I just don’t want anyone else to go through this!
