Not great after sales service - replacement remotes are a rip off – Bought one of these less than 2 years ago with the blue remote keys. Opener has worked well unfortunalety one of the remotes has malfunction and they will not honour it with warranty. Said it only comes with 12 month warranty. replacement has a 2 year warranty. The replacement cost is $69 which is about 3 x more than other similar remotes. This is a cheap remote that costs a only a few dollars and they charge $69 and then want to only warrant it for one year. I feel ripped off. Not happy
