I shipped my vehicle from Perth to Sydney.

Car was transported in less than quoted estimated time and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy and would recommend!

I gave my consent to nominate to my husband to pick up the vehicle and they made it possible as I emailed them to inform them prior to getting the vehicle picked up.

(very risky) or use the 3 major companies. I decided to take the risk and select Autocare because they had the least amount of "bad" reviews compared to PRIX and CEVA. I got quotes from all 3, and Autocare was the most expensive, however they agreed to price match the other companies to an extent - and met me in the middle. The whole process was super easy, i picked the date I wanted and dropped my car at the depot on the date & handed my keys over to them, it was quoted "9 transit days" and it only took "6 transit days" - which won me over straight away. I was able to track my car through the whole journey and knew exactly where my car was. Service was friendly and polite. No scratches, just obviously the car was dirty - which is very much expected considering the journey it had been on (Adl-Brisbane). The trucks the car is put on are covered on the sides - so your car isnt exposed to rocks flying up and hitting the car - which is another bonus. If i had to do this process again, i would not hesitate and definitely book with them again. They were 150 dollars more than the competitors, but in my opinion it was worth spending a little more to ensure my car was treated with respect (which it was).

Though they were quoting higher price and a few days longer time frame for delivery, I chose them, due to the so many complaints about the other two main car transportation company. My car did arrive at the quoted time and luckily there were no any problems, no scratches no anything.

The driver called me at 8pm, when he left on the last leg of the delivery and was very friendly.

Because they are driving long haulers, they can't deliver most of the time to your door, but I could pick up the car at a car dealer, where he was delivering other cars on the truck.

I was very happy with the whole experience, I would def trust them next time too.
