No ability to make a phone call. Like they don’t want to provide timely service an solve problems. When we do find a phone number to call it is buried in the most unlikely place and then you sit in a never ending queue and get put on a call back that never eventuates. Very, very poor service and contact process. If you want to play with the big boys you will need to lift your game substantially.

suggested that most people would prefer to NOT get emails about companies that were no longer in their portfolio and, if the company was repurchased, it would be an easy matter to re-instate one's email address. Or..... how about an entry to stop emails on Zero balance shares ? This fell on deaf ears and so I emailed (also in the review below) with the same comments. Too rigid to be eco friendly – Competitor share registries offer investors an option to receive all shareholder communications, except the dividend statement, by email, with only the dividend statement via post. No, not Automic. It's either all email or all post. Then to add insult to injury, the company's website doesn't offer a means to contact them to offer a suggestion to update their systems to become competitive with their competitors. They just don't care!
