Not bad but – These glasses have been used carefully and washed by hand but have lost their vacuum and now allow water to enter the vacuum area. Looks absolutely terrible with dirty water between the walls:(

Inner glass wall breaks with cold drinks – I have been using these glasses during a current house sit and have now gone through 2 of their glasses. I was considering replacing them, but after seeing the reviews, it seems that might not be a good idea. If they were only supposed to be used for hot drinks, they should be marked as such. I have been putting ice in my drinks (35'C here) and have been lucky not to swallow the broken glass on both occasions. Very Dangerous.

These are DANGEROUS! Don't buy them – Yesterday, one of these mugs exploded in my wife's hand badly severing her index finger at the crease to her hand. We thought she would just need a few stitches but after examination in hospital, nerves and vessels were cut and she needed emergency micro surgery with almost some kind of permanent damage to be expected. pencils / brushes / knives etc are going to be a major challenge. It's life changing and all from a stupid cheap glass mug. It occurred when she filled it with hot coffee from a thermos and while holding the glass she slightly tapped it against a hard structure. It exploded like a light bulb explodes. Any other cup or glass would require considerable force to break or crack but this was just a gentle tap. I suspect the hole in the bottom to allow the air pressure to equalize with sudden temperature changes was closed over. We'll be examining it.

Avancer Double walled glasses - Inferior quality, Don't waste your money – I was give 2 sets(8 glasses) as a present and all of them lost their insulation due to the pinhole glass seal (on the bottom of the glasses) breaking/ falling off. properties useless there was now water inside the glasses.

I emailed the company to inform them of this inferior product including sending photos ( which was extremely hard to do, to show the minute amount of water in the glass to illustrate the broken seal). They then wanted photos of all 8!!! They are not really interested in any quality control of this product. I know they are cheap compared to others, but DON"T BOTHER with them. Better to pay more and get the product your that will last!

Love constantly cool drinks – I live in Qld where it is usually hot & humid. I love icy cold drinks. work my lunch is being made and I know what's going in to it as well! And in the evening I love making up a hearty soup for dinner, I have never felt healthier and I've lost 5kgs in the first month! easy to use, easy to clean up, time efficient.

Love using them – I purchased a set of 8 for myself and love them but then purchased another set for my daughter and at least 4 of the 8 aren't sealed properly on base and water gets between walls. So that's a bit annoying, have looked on Avancer website but couldn't find anywhere to advise of fault. Good value As above.
