This seems to be fake website. Take your money not ship goods, customer service don’t respond been waiting for weeks. No follow up to requests on website or via email.

Would rate a zero if possible. Absolutely the worst customer service experience. I tried aveoTDS as they are an Oceanic company. Ordered the device and received an acknowledgment email advising it would ship in a few days and that I would be advised when it happened. No such advice by a week later, so I emailed enquiring as to status. Received a holding email saying someone would respond within 24 hours. No such follow up occurred. Three days later I sent another request. Same process. Rinse and repeat. No contact whatsoever. Tried a third time. Still radio silence. Thankfully my bank managed to get a refund for me. Have gone and bought a “Good morning snore solution” device instead - at least their service is always good!

Snore reduction device – Important - Update Oct 2020 This became less effective as time went by - I am now using a CPAP machine which is again more costly but much much more effective and comfortable Original review - aveoTSD I am the original chainsaw snorer. Have tried about 15 anti snoring devices in desperation...mandibular advancement devices - 4 types!!, nasal strips, strap to shut the jaw!, throat sprays, electronic hand strap to shock you when you snore...etc .etc

This is the most effective snore reduction device that I have used so far!!

important, you have to get used to adjusting the suction on the tongue to be just comfortable to sleep with The squeeze on the tongue DOES hurt if you get it wrong, so experiment, adjust and be persistent and it definitely is the best!!!
