Scammers – Poor billing & shocking + aggressive sales. They are always trying to vary our agreement & extend the term. The rates are high and the service is useless. Buy equipment elsewhere & don’t finance with them.
Very Disappointed – "Our B2B contract finished late last year and we authorized a third party to send an email cc'ing us into to say we are ending the contract but B2B said the don’t acknowledge third parties even though we wrote and email to them to say the third will return their machine. Fast forward to April they billed us for a three month's rental although… Read more
their contract has expired/finish. We contacted our bank to put a block on them direct debiting our account during this dispute and also advised them not to direct debit us anymore. Although B2B was blocked from our account, B2B used another account of theirs to direct debit us for $1,320 without our authority. We have since gone to Fair trading but they told us to go to the Tribunal, next step is reporting this to the police and APRA. Please don’t sign anything with this company."
Unprofessional – It is a shame that ZERO star does not exist, as that is about all I could rate this company. Extremely unprofessional, rude, accounts department that cannot add up. We’ve been overcharged from time to time by huge amounts, our monthly payments were 305.00 and sometimes they would go to 350.00/ month. I strongly advise you to keep an eye on your… Read more
bills from them. We’ve been ripped off on the settlement payout. We’ve chosen to pay the contract out and leave, so we do not have to deal with this company anymore. I’m quite surprised that they are still in business! There are much better printing companies around, stay away from this company..
Avoid signing anything with them! – We signed a rental contract in 2014 for a Ricoh MP C2003 which should have ended in 2019, in 2017 they came to our business and showed us a little monthly savings but we had to re-sign for a further 60 months for the same machine. After 12 months the savings had evaporated by an increase and now 12 months later another increase. Avoid signing with… Read more
these guys for savings that only lasts 12 months and you are back to square one plus some. They will try to get you to keep the same device and extend you for more time on the contract. Its sort of like paying off your car already and then paying it again for their profit margin! We have since asked for a payout from them but was given a payout “payout quote proposal” which was 3K over what the remaining minimum monthly is, we asked for explanation and we received the following “I understand that you may not be happy with the proposal, and is your right not to accept it and continue on, business as usual for the remainder of the agreement you have in place.”
