Terrible customer service, honestly don’t know about quality of the product as they never sent them and never corresponded with any email, bad bad experience
Good product but not for babies with wide heads – I purchased for my son. At the time he was about 5mo, but it quickly didn’t fit as the sizing wasn’t suitable for babies with wide face. Ended up purchasing something else.
Great Kids Glasses! – I was hesitant to spend that much on a set of glasses for my baby however the quality, customer service and warranty meant it was a no brainer! We chose a gender neutral colour so we could reuse for other kids and have even given them as gifts!
We love our sunnies! – We love our sunnies. My daughter looks super cute in both of her babiators. The quality is great too! I'm not usually one to write a review but I've been blown away by their customer service, I had issues with Australia Post on two occasions and Rachael has been just amazing. I highly recommend this product! Well done Babiators!
Best guarantee for a kids item I have seen! – I can’t give these guys enough stars! We bought some Babiators for our 18mth old. lost or broken in 1st year! I was sceptical of this guarantee and figured it wouldn’t happen anyway UNTIL we lost them! We were devastated and assumed it unlikely that we would get replacements but sure enough they arrived the other day! I have since bought more in a different colour! Best guarantee ever!
