Absolute time saver – I was looking for a blender to steam, puree or dice food for my baby who is starting solids. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a larger blender such as a kitchen aid. However, felt I wouldn't have the time to stove steam and mash food with a baby around. This little appliance is less then $200 at most online stores and has been fantastic at doing all the above. The device can steam veggies, meat and fruit with an inbuilt timer to ensure the food is well cooked. Once it has steamed you can push/set a dice timer to either puree or chop. Extra time can be added. It does a great job. Only downside is depending on what you are making the food can stick to the sides which is quickly solved by stirring the mix. Comes with 3 feeding pouches so you can make a full batch of food and save it for later. Most of the appliance is also dishwasher safe. Would highly recommend.
