email confirmation as promised or any tracking number as promised, but fortunately took a screenshot so we could chase it up when after 3 weeks it hadn’t arrived (this advertised as the maximum lead time) - but customer service is non existent……you cannot speak to anyone!!! You will be asked to leave a message when you call the hotline on the website due to a high volume of calls (which we did multiple times) with the promise of a call back which never comes. So you email multiple times and still get ghosted……then by some miracle the bed turned up via a bizarre “man in a van”, but on opening the package there are NO assembly instructions, so in desperation (as obviously you cannot speak to anyone to get a pdf of the instructions and there is nothing online) we had to pay another $150 to have a team who usually install for ikea to do it, even they said this was something they had never seen before……

Maybe if you live in Perth and can knock on their door strollersandprams might work for you, but based on the worst customer service from a company that advertise themselves as “global” we have ever encountered, we can only encourage you to use an alternative.

The good, the bad and the ugly – The good: This pram is very easy to manouvre in small places, folds easily and is very quick to set up. The bad: There is not enough room, nor a fitting accessory, for a child seat as well, so having a toddler and a baby makes this pram useless. The ugly: Not much ugly about this pram, however a few more colours would help with sales. Recommendations: If you are planning more than one child, this pram would not be a good choice.

SCAMMER!!!!! – Ordered some foot muffs for my twin pram and had the amount withdrawn and confirmation emails received. A few days later I got another email stating that there is not enough of this product in our stores, you will be refunded. I have NOT received any form of a refund or reply to my emails regarding this. If you call the 1300... contact number, it automatically goes to a message bank. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

Scam! – I bought a bassinet from this website online only to find out later on that it’s a scam. They never answer your emails or phone calls and you’ll never receive your item. I just want people to learn from my mistake! Never was a victim of a scam before as I do my research but there is nothing online about these scammers. Lesson learnt!
