coming off, I have not bothered to take it back to the shop as they always use the - the you must have used the wrong type of cloth to clean it or did you read the instructions first and prepare the pan properly before cooking in it, it is always the consumer fault when pans fail.

Not really impressed with this brand.

out of the oven, don't be fooled into thinking they stay cool to touch as they don't they are really just for grip. The pan is very heavy duty, my brownies didn't stick either. It is a really good quality pan and I purchased it on sale for half price so even better. non stick, heavy dutya
