Bubbling Non Stick Layer – Have used the Bakers Secret Baking tray maybe 6 times, but only 2 times in the oven & the non stick film is already bubbling and coming off. Won’t be buying the brand again.

Coating came off on food – When I slid my cheesy ham scrolls out of the tin (with plastic spatula) there was some of the non stick coating left on the bottom of the scrolls. I have had this tin for approximately 1 year.

Non-Stick Coating Comes Off – I bought two pans in April and within two months the coating had started flaking off. I used one tonight to cook some potato wedges and the coating stuck to the wedges. I suggest anyone using the trays uses baking paper too. It's not easy to find good quality trays and the Bakers Secret trays feel a good weight. I was very disappointed with the coating, I have some older ones (maybe 5-6years) that didn't deteriorate so quickly. Perhaps I got a bad batch or maybe they've changed the way they are made. Good size, a lot of trays are a fraction too wide to fit in my 60L oven. Coating comes off on food and when washing the trays.

The best – I just love my piece of bakers secret bake ware nothing betters it would not cook with anything else . It is the perfect size for cookies and a great pan for a double batch of chic slice. I would recommend any one to buy and bake with this product. I have even doubled up on pieces . These pans are a perfect size and I love the fact that they are not to rounded at the sides as this give the perfect finish to the slices . Perfect
