it’s bogus, no response and can’t find them on Facebook anymore. Facebook should be held accountable for promoting such bogus scammers!
Balance Australia Scammer Alert – Scam Alert!! They took payment 2 months ago. They, do not respond to emails or live chat.
Scam company beware this should be banned from operating online – Ordered August 23, 2024 for set of cast iron pan received an email that they received the order and they will send me information of shipping details but never received any shipping details to date it’s been more than a month. I kept sending email to the contact email but no response from them. Surely this kind of company they won’t let this operate and scamming people. I used afterpay with this but they said they won’t be able to help me.

Warning – "Warning: This company is a total scam. I purchased a cast iron set over a month ago and never received it. I've tried contacting them via email and left messages on their Facebook page, but have received no response.
Scam Company – BEWARE - SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I purchased the cast iron amd teak spoons. After many attempts to contact I gave up as no responses.

Buyers Beware – Buyers Beware. Purchased the individual 29cm cast iron pan two weeks ago. I have used the pan twice and it has cracked down the side of the pan. I have sent two emails and various messages on their chat line with no response.
No customer service – I attempted to buy a set of cast iron pans. I ordered them as I though they were in stock but my order is still unfulfilled. The company won't reply to my email, the message service on their site fobs you off. I looked everywhere to see independent reviews on this company nothing. So I hope no one has lost out. I hope afterpay refunds me.
