Why what was your experience??

this company used to be called Tropical Thatch he went into receivership owing hundreds of thousands of dollars he is full of crap and the products are not worth it, go and see the team at bali inspiration in thomastown victoria, how do i know this I used to work for the F&^% w$%

Robert we are having huge issues trying to get our thatched roof since the start of February 2024. Do you happen to know of an address to pay him a visit? As I'm getting no where through email and phone calls. Cheers

Yes I believe that is them. They change their business trading name, so the "lifetime warranty/guarantee" no longer applies. Our hut is just over a year old and all of the roof thatching needs replacing.

I think so too .. wouldn’t go near them

Karen have you received your hut yet ?

I did get it - but it was May! Bits were missing and my husband had to make changes to the roof to get it to work. Luckily he is a carpenter- because the guy got really nasty with us. It looks nice but not like the pictures on the site. I would not recommend them and would advise going to a more reputable company.

Hi, yes we did receive our hut and are extremely happy with it. Unfortunately they had some problems with delivery company at that time, that's why we had a delay. I believe they have sorted that out now. Also recieved a lovely gift for being late.

Hi Michelle, it is almost two weeks since I paid in full, they say they send straight away once paid In full. I have tried to call heaps of times with no answer on the salesman number ( Xavier is the salesman I was dealing with) I have sent many emails. I have called the 1300 number twice a day which is a answering service for the company. They say they pass on the request, however I still no one has called back
