Balloons In Bowral

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order well in advance for a friend’s 30th birthday, just two large number balloons, and paid an additional $15 delivery fee to have them sent directly to the venue. I confirmed both the venue and delivery time ahead of the day. When the delivery window passed, the balloons were nowhere to be found. The venue staff checked all areas and confirmed nothing had been delivered. These were large number balloons that would have been hard to miss. I contacted the company and was told the balloons had been “shipped,” but they were suddenly unable to reach the driver for the rest of the day. No solution or alternative was offered, and the matter was essentially left unresolved. I requested a refund, which they agreed to process. However, it has now been two weeks, and the only updates I receive are when I chase them myself, always the same vague response of “we’ll follow this up for you.” I am extremely disappointed. While the Google reviews appear positive, after further searching I have found that other customers have had similar issues. I am still waiting for my refund. It was a lot of money to spend on two balloons and delivery that never arrived.

Disappointed – I am still waiting for a refund. Exactly the same as the person below, I was told the morning of my event there had been a “warehouse flood”. This was back in August… I have contacted several times and I still have not been issued a refund. I live in the highlands and as a local and supporter of local businesses, I am not impressed!

This is a scam – I paid for a service which was never delivered due to a "flood" in their warehouse. It has been over a month since they promised to pay a refund. They now screen my calls and I am having to contact NSW Fair Trading to try to get a refund. After they failed to provide a refund their page with 20 or so Google reviews was conveniently taken down.
