Perfection...at a price – I've lived with this speaker for a couple of months now. I am a sound perfectionist. The better the sound, the happier I am. The sound quality of this Bluetooth speaker is incredible. I love how it sounds. I also like that you can use it as a speaker when you're on the phone. It's quick to set up and I've never had a problem with linking it to my iPhone 6S Plus, or my iPad Air 2. It also has an app for changing the sound to your liking. I like its little leather handle and generally the way it looks. The buttons can be slightly annoying but I've quickly become used to them.
The one and only thing I absolutely cannot stand about this device is its battery life. It is quite literally useless. As an example, I charged my speaker on Saturday, used it while I was in the shower on Sunday, went away for a few days on businesses and used it while showering over the last two days. This morning, I got the subtle reminder that I had a couple of minutes to get it charging or it dies. On the box, it says you have up to 24 hours battery life. I'm telling you now, that can only happen if you never turn it on. If you actually look to find out whether that's true, the fine print on the website says "at a moderate level". Well if I had the ears of maybe an ant, I reckon that might be true. Might. Because I have a small bathroom, with good acoustics and I don't need a lot of volume. And I need to charge my speaker at least once a week, using it mostly while I chowder, for around 10 minutes from shave to dry off. If you do the math, that doesn't add up to 24hours.
I would have dearly loved to give this a 5 star rating but I just can't. I'll finish with this though: if you can live with just a small speaker and maybe 3hours or so away from a power point, then this thing will absolutely blow your socks off. The sound is seriously amazing and I absolutely love it. But if you're camping over the weekend, I'd see if you can find somewhere to charge it at least twice daily. Otherwise forget it. I'm still debating whether or not to get a refund.
A beautiful picture encompassing media player – Love B&O. Great service from the B&O shop. The TV has great picture. It interfaces smoothly with our Apple TV, DVD/Blueray player. All in one easy to use system. Apple TV allows us to play our holiday photos while playing music. We can play files from the inbuilt media player. One remote, it's the easiest system I have used. We visit friends with other brands and many have bigger screens. However, nobody has a better picture. Sounds is great as it has it's own center speaker and uses our other B&O speakers.
I couldn't be happier with the TV.
Only criticism is the mounting mechanism. B&O innovated a good wall mounting system that allows you to swing the TV. Thre is a floor stand and a ceiling hanging system. However, if you want to mount it in a TV cabinet there isn't an easy way. Picture, easy controlls, service, interoperability with other devices Mounting system
