Be cautious before ordering from this company. I ordered 20 carbonless docket books based on the images and descriptions on their website, which showed croc-style hard covers. customer service. When complaining they were very dismissive and didn't offer any resolution.

I’m holding their product up next to a professionally printed docket book printed elsewhere which looks exactly like the one shown on their website—and the difference is night and day. One is solid (croc cover) and professional; theirs is sloppy and feels like a scam.

Please think twice before parting with your hard-earned money. In my opinion, this company misrepresents their products and offers terrible value for money.

In my experience, what I received from this company didn’t match what was advertised, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Avoid at all cost – We ordered 2 black flags they turned up blue, Told them and they sent new blue ones not black. One logo is orange and one red and Now they warranty is rejected.

approaching them about there being an issue with the durability of the product, we were advised to be careful of installing the banners in open areas exposed to sunlight! An absurd statement to make about an OUTDOOR banner. The Bannershop website clearly states, “the outdoor banner range is built to last” & “all units are made from durable materials that have proven to stand the test of time”. This is clearly not the case! It is evident the banner has definitely NOT 'stood the test of time' and is not, in fact, built to last.

Very poor customer service all around. Took weeks to respond to query and have fobbed off any responsibility and refuse to acknowledge that their product does not uphold their claims of quality & durability.

Avoid – I ordered a pullup banner. What a disappointment. When the banner arrived, the printing has scratches on it, the stand is not retractable, the material used get wrinkles easily. Terrible and dismissive, staff do not take overship – Specifically said we needed a delivery by a certain date, followed up various times, and had no response - delivery didn't arrive in time for the event and we didn't even get so much as a 'sorry' from bannershop.

get a lady that said were waiting on approval. This is not true as I had sent an approval for the artwork then received a confirmation and my job processed and paid for. I was promised a call from a sales manager first thing the next morning but have received no call. I have called again and expressed my disappointment and wanted to the sales manager to call urgently to work out a resolution but have received no call! I have requested a full refund. Not good enough!

Terrible customer service, sometimes – Many jobs delivered as expected at a good price. But occasionally their internal communication breaks down and jobs get stuffed up. On one instance it took 3 days before I could get through on their phone and the whole job missed deadline.

BannerSHOP now "LOD Print" – After swearing off BannerSHOP and declaring never again I'm suddenly contacted after having previously making it very clear I never wish to deal with them again. Yes, BannerShop that also means after a change of name.

Used them for a long time but no more – I used them weekly for a few years. At first I found them to be fast, fairly priced and staff were very helpful at the Lidcombe warehouse. Ongoing disgust with Banggood – I wrote a review regarding my experience buying a winter coat. I have followed the directions from Banggood's reply. FILLING in the form explaining my problem with the wrongly sized coat I was supplied. TWICE now and it has come back undeliverable. I can't have wrongly addressed it as it is Banggood's own form. I truly believe that this company has no intention of making good their mistakes

minutes i had received ANOTHER email with the changes I made and I confirmed and is now in production.

I cannot wait to receive the item, by far one of the easiest companies I have worked with (and we have worked with A LOT).

I would 100% use again and would highly recommend, all goes to plan I can put my large outdoor banner up by mid next week!!!

Alex was fantastic to work with along side their national manager whom I spoke with also.

Bannershop made a mistake with sizing in the quote and sent another invoice for additional $8, made another payment. When asking for pick up time Friday was advised would have to go to Lidcombe to pick up! At the bottom of the invoice is small writing was production Lidcombe! :-(

Terrible service, awful quality, no response, no care when they go wrong – Two times in a row I've had banners printed and they've turned out to be the wrong colour. They were needed for a special launch and I couldn't believe they didn't quality check. It's been days that they I first notified about the second order that went awry but I'm passed from one person to the other and no-one is responding to a very urgent issue. They should learn to be as quick to respond as they are at taking customers' money

Rude staff, poor quality banner – Disappointing service and products. Poor condition and rude state manager. Not offering a refund on a faulty product. No email response in over three days, I called 6 times without a resolution and we missed our deadline for having a banner for our conference.

Very deceptive – Over promised and could not deliver to promised date. As a result we could not use the banner for the event. Refuse to refund money and say that their admin fees cost as much. Ridiculous. This is a company that does not keep to the promised delivery date. They are just a middle man placing your orders in China or HK, When ask about delivery, they said my order is coming from overseas. Very misleading. Customer beware of their unethical business. They will not refund your money.

Total disaster. Avoid at all costs – Tried to get an opaque door sticker installed, communication on quoting was slow, delivery of product was a total mess, wasted 2 full days of my time, now late for the install. leaving phone messages for them and they don't reply.

I have emailed numerous times and get promises of follow up but nothing.

I have requested a discount to use the incorrect product and they are offering a 15% discount on the next order.

Why would I order again through them after such poor service and why would they not offer a discount to fix the problem that they caused.
