Baoli EP15-03 Electric Pallet Truck

EPJ was not extensively use and was not abused. But the Lithium Ion Battery only lasted 13 months before failing to charge and run the pallet jack. I contacted Linde Spare Parts and was told it was out of warranty.I was offered a replacement battery at the cost of $1000 plus gst. The purchase price of the Baoli EPJ EP15-3 is under $2000 inc gst. When I questioned that to keep the Baoli EPJ serviceable I would be required purchase a$1000 every year. The reply I received “the battery should last longer” BUT I DOESNT!!!

Possibly a good EPJ with an expensive problem.
