Had been a loyal customer for a year or so, ordering every month. I had an issue with one delivery where it was a lot drier than I was used to. They revealed there were new people they had brought on that could possibly be the reason and replaced my entire order. The new order was perfect. I've tried numerous brands to try and find the perfect wetness and this is the best value for money.
Tough Biltong Beef – Paid $25 for the 200gm bag Bilton air dried steak. On the back of the pack states,' Our spicy steaks are hung to air dry in a cool climate. Unlike Jerry, these babies dry slowly over a whole week creating a soft texture. A lot of fat and gristle in the pieces, no soft texture, it was a tough chew, could not detect sea salt but could taste the vinegar. I could not purchase again after that & given it was $25 I thought it would be better. Very tough chew.
