Bad products, slow shipping, terrible customer service – Package was out for delivery that day for 14 days, once delivery exceeded bath box's shipping policy they stopped replying. Items finally arrived after 22 days and they were broken. Bought shower steamers and they didn't even emit any smell. Big waste of money.

Missing products, no replacement – I placed an order for Christmas presents. I ordered 10 products and was missing 3. I was told that the missing products could not be sent out to me as the monetary value of them was too small. Terrible customer service. Also bath bombs sent out in white scrunched up paper bags which don’t look very good at all when giving for presents. Haven’t used any products yet but would not place another order.

Perfect and Pretty – The bath box bath bomb is exactly like the photo, smells so nice and it looks so pretty and sparkly and makes my skin feel so soft and smooth and relaxed

Absolutely fabulous – Im in love with their bath soaks! Such a great product and great value, they even have little bags if you dont like petals in your baths which was handy for my daughter

Crawling Bugs - Disgusting – Purchased many items from Bath Box as a gift. The Nourish Brew bags were crawling with bugs which is absolutely disgusting! The bath bombs were inside paper lolly bags and when trying to remove the bath bombs, the paper bags were stuck to them. Trying to support a company in Australia… Unpleasant experience and no email reply from Bath Box.

One month and no products. Poor communication. Never again! – I feel totally ripped off by this company. I ordered products over a month ago and have received nothing. I contacted the company and they takes ages to reply. The reply I finally got was "sorry the courier company lost your parcel. Can we send you another?" Didn't get a response and now I've asked for a full refund. I hope I get a full refund otherwise I'm reporting them to consumer protection. Update: I received a full refund after making a complaint. Won't be using this company again.

Disappointing Experience – I am currently having a very frustrating experience with my order from this company. Despite the website stating standard delivery is 2-9 business days, my order took 7 business days just to be lodged with Australia Post. To date, the parcel has not moved, and Australia Post confirmed that delivery should take no more than 5 business days from the lodgment location to my address.

I was also disappointed by the lack of communication regarding any potential delays. There was no information on their website or social media about dispatch delays, and it took 7 business days without any update or notification of delay.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I hope the company can improve their shipping process and communication in the future.

Super slow at processing orders – Ordered on 1st June during a sale. Products finally said shipped on 14th June after communications saying they'd be shipped by 11th June, turned out they hadn't shipped it though and said they'd noticed something missing so held it back. Currently as of 26th June, still hasn't left and no further update. Have requested refund. Actually wondering if I have been scammed because its taken so long.

Horrible, stay away – Bought the pillow + bathbomb “art” pack + the wooden bath caddy. Honestly never had a more more disappointing purchase in my life. flattering to look like you’re swimming in your own urine. The bath pillow is cheaply made and I found the exact same thing for $5 on multiple websites they’ve just slapped on their brand name and marked it up 1000%.. absolute joke. Then there’s the bath caddy.. also cheaply made and the exact same thing sold by k-mart for $15. This is capitalism at its finest, false advertising, 1000% mark-ups and cheap low quality goods.

Bath time fights – My kids and I love the bath bombs!! We all fight over who is having the next bath. The colours are stunning and just magical. We really want to get the pillow and the bath stand but then we would never get out of the bath! There are so many products I am dying to try but the bath bombs are amazing and totally worth every penny! Give these products a go, you won't be disappointed.

Perfection – Your bath bombs are amazing especially your epsom salt bomb I suffer restless leg syndrome and I cramp very easy leaving me sore all the time but this bath bomb always help and makes me feel refreshed

Phenomenal Product and Service! – I got an ad online for the XL bath pillow, and it honestly changed my life. I’ve been struggling with problems with my back and slipping in the bath… well no longer is that a problem! They were fast, efficient, and the product was exactly as advertised! Very very HAPPY!

A slice of heaven – Bath mat and pillow, the caddy, candle light and lavender bath bomb is my little bit of heaven. Super comfy pillow and a lovely natural scented bathbomb. The caddy is great for a tablet, book beverage or snacks. Best present ever.

Bath box bombs – Received my bath box bombs on Monday and I used them in my bath they are so far so good and they smell very nice and not good for your skin I highly recommend people to buy them

Bath Dust – The bath dusts are my favourite as they go so far, smell really amazing and make the bath look and feel beaut. Would definitely recommend and will be buying again!

Best bath bombs out there! – I’ve bought two orders so far from here and the bombs look incredible and smell amazing. My favourite was the cupcake ones, also my kids favourites. They have packs and always offer sales on their items.
