Battery Business

Businesslike and efficient – My wife's vehicle was stuck with a flat battery. I contacted John at Battery Business and apprised him of the issue. I had intended to purchase jumper leads to get the vehicle started. John offered the Battery Business jump starter which allowed me to get the vehicle started. Upon returning the jump starter the same day, Gordon, immediately fitted a new battery quickly and efficiently before he knocked off for the day. I have also used Battery Business for all my boating needs and I continue to be impressed with their efficiency on every occasion. I was most grateful.

Old fashioned customer service and good pricing – Got caught with a car not starting, no warning; contacted car retailer, suggested Battery Business-the owner of the business, sympathetic to the plight, left the shop in his own car, rather than wait for the mobile van to return from Hornsby and keeping me waiting, within an hour I'd been started and was on the road with a new car battery, no call out fee.
