Pump classes on Monday night at 7.00 pm – Monday night at pump class was amazing the dynamic and the energy was amazing the class was full the instructor Vicki is amazing she motivates everyone and really cares about her class Vicki is a great asset to Bayfit

Best place to keep fit – A well equipped modern fitness centre. Two large pools, smaller warm pool, sauna and spa. Classes there are aqua aerobics and classes for children. Main gym room with heaps of cardio equipment, small stretching exercise area next to gym. Change rooms with lockers and showers available. Large aerobic room where there are daily classes held for all fitness levels. Individual instruction also available. Pay individually, fortnightly or longer memberships. Staff helpful and regular specials/discount offers for membership which covers all activities available in the centre. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
