If I could give this carpet 0 stars I certainly would. When first laid it looked lovely however after about 8 months the wear in certain areas made it look like it had been down for 15 years. The joins in the carpet never actually joined up and then loops started to appear, remembering this is after 8 months of being down. We spoke to the retailer who have been exceptional, and a person, I probably cant say cretin, from Beaulieu came and said we should use a better quality vacuum cleaner. We use a Dyson Gen5detect, which is less than a year old. Stay away from this company.

Shocking quality carpet. We are so disappointed with our Beaullieu carpet, it started rippling/stretching within a few months of being laid. Junk that I will never have laid again. We have since found out other people have had the same experience with this brand of carpet.

Worst. Product. Ever. Carpet that absorbs stains – Terrible product. It's advertised as stain resistant, but it's stain absorbent. They have 12+ different ways of cleaning all stains, none of which works. No matter what we do to clean the most basic of incidents, nothing comes out of the carpet. Their warranty excluded everything, including pets despite being 'pet friendly'. After 3 months their advice was to replace the stained areas at a cost of $4.2k after I had paid $7k for it to be initially installed. 3 months, and the whole things a write off! Worst. Product. Ever.

dark spots – My carpet is 10 years old but the problem was high lighted at 6 years and was told by the company I bought it off, that I wouldn't have much hope with Beaulieu carpets. I was getting dark patches through the carpet, like the color been drained from it. The company agent came out and ask when the last time we had it steam cleaned, I said about 2 years ago, he said you lost your warranty because you have to steam clean every 12 months. We weren't that when we bought the carpet
