The bag is describe hand made in Japan but shipping to you from China when you order! Such big lie! The bag came as not leather as all such cheap plastic stuff, and return address is not available so they made your return for nowhere! You can order it if you want a big deceive which they don’t do anything as descriptions and they even not worth one star!!! Ridiculous！
I purchased the Berk Leather bag expecting a quality leather product, but was extremely disappointed. The material is clearly not leather—feels cheap and synthetic. On arrival, the stitching was already coming apart. When I contacted the supplier, they advised I would need to ship the item back to China at my own expense, despite their refund policy stating: “If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.” They then attempted to negotiate a partial refund of only 20%, and continued to delay and avoid issuing the full refund I am entitled to.
This experience has been frustrating and misleading. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company—it operates more like a scam than a legitimate business.
Berk Leather is another dodgy site with false claims with Ai photo of co. owner and stolen product-photos from actual heavy leather sites. Berk didn't make the bags but their items are found in Temu or Shopee at $7.72, material used is pvc, sling belt breaking from holding the rings. Took them 6weeks to reach me. Horrible.
Follow-up · It's confirm. They are dodgy and material is a shabby as it came. Can't use it as the clip is badly bended over. Question is, I need my refund!

I have just received the handbag from Berk Leather and to say that I’m disappointed is an understatement. Firstly the leather is either 2nd/3rd class or faux leather. The colour is not as shown in the add. I ordered. Dark brown and the the received is tan. Lastly the add showed inside pockets which are essentiall for phone keys etc but the bag has none making it useless. A complete scam and rip off.
Follow-up · I contacted Berk Leather immediately on receipt of the bag. It was obviously made of cheap PVC and did not bear any resemblance to the “crafted leather” advertised. I had numerous emails with “Mia” at Berk Leather who did not dispute the complaints I made. I was told to return the back to a Chinese address - as I suspected the bags are not made in Japan - but refused to do this as I do not see why I should pay postal charges for goods which are sold fraudulently. I have now forwarded all details to my bank and requested they refund the full amount paid to Berk Leather as the company is run as a scam.
I ordered a one strap black leather bag only to receive a non-leather black and brown bag. Don't be fooled by the closing down all bags must go like I was. These bags are not from Japan.

The return address was fake too as my return was bounced to me, I threw it that the bag material real unacceptable!
