close I thought for sure this will be fine. Told me they had no time. I questioned it. NO TIME?? There is 1 customer in here. Worker drying staff member's hair said well I need to go on my break (UMMMM Reality in working is sometimes breaks and things don't go to plan and that close to the end of the day would a good place choose a cuppa or making a customer happy. PLUS your break doesn't go for 1.5 hours. What about in 30 mins could you please come back ? She then said the other lady has bookings (I call nonsense) and didn't even offer me the other lady who was shampooing someone's hair at the time. Reality is, care factor was zero. Worst customer service. Not the usual ladies in there that I see. So, when the good ones aren't working this is the level of professionalism. This has changed my thoughts on this place I frequent regularly very much!
One star is even generous. Went into greensborough for a simple trim on my outgrown bob, left with an uneven cut. I’ve never had a hairdresser use her scissors so aggressively while cutting hair. My hair was not brushed through or parted before cutting, it was all over the place! Had to go to another PROFESSIONAL salon to get it fixed as I was going to a wedding the next day!!

I have a natural curly hair.I even told the lady I did my hair colour last December, which means it's a year already. My hair is very wavy thin strands, and now, I need to cut it very short. None of them take the responsibility. None of them says 'sorry for the incident ' . BEST CUTS, EASTLAND SHOPPING CENTRE should close for good, and if not,maybe hire a professional hairdresser who knows best each hair needs .My scalps are still tingling, but I'm scared to do another one. I have long, very curly hair, but this salon ruined it. Now I need to cut very short. I hope people work in that salon will call me to apologise. I will give them 2 days to do so. I think it's fair enough to get in touch to me, not me calling them. The picture showed here is the one that falls on my hands. Terrible hairdressers – Selected a darkish red, got a black/purple. Absolutely butchered my hair and had to pay $140! Avoid at all costs. Had to pay another hairdresser to fix the haircut and they were shocked at the state of my hair. (Best cuts epping)
Serious chemical burn – My daughter had a cut and colour at Best Cuts Greensborough and suffered a severe chemical burn to her scalp as a result (requiring a trip to hospital). I would not recommend this as a place to go.

Terrible hair cut and no skill at all., slow and unable finish job as discussed. But charging me for a full fee. Tomorrow, I had to find a better salon to fixing my hair. Never ever experience such a bad salon service like this. This is a spam business! Do not even try, if you do not want damaging your hair, money and time! Then keep away!
You get what you pay for – I described in detail how I wanted my fringe cut, with a yes buy hairdresser. It was the opposite to what I asked? Everyone seems to get the same haircut regardless. It was cheap, so yes, you get what you pay for.

MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE – I went to best/cuts and colours in Greensborough for folis/cut and a colour,was impressed with the result but shocked to be charged $253 for this.Way over priced ,told it was prices were from head office .

No masks at Greensborough store – Very disappointed to enter store and find staff not wearing a mask on Saturday 13 November at the Greensborough store. How did they know I didnt have covid and I certainly didnt know they had it. I am disappointed that I did not approach them at that moment. Rules are rules. If i walk past and they are not wearing a mask I will definitely take this further. Wont be back I put myself at risk and so did they!!
Rip off – My daughter just had a trim at the plenty valley store Mill Park and they charged her $90. Last time it was $30. They are ripping people off and taking advantage of covid. When I called them, they didn't care. Stay well clear. Disgraceful.

that this hairdresser was asking me what I thought of having blonde roots with dark brown hair. He then had all the other hairdressers to look at my hair and they decided that they would redo the colour. Halfway through the second treatment my head was burning and I told them so they washout the colour. I was left with a completely different coloured roots nothing like my hair colour. I left in tears and they never contacted me about the stuff up. When I contacted them I left several messages for the manager never heard back. When I finally got hold of her she was rude and aggressive. I told her that I wanted to speak to head office she advise that she had give my details to them and I never heard from them either. It’s going to cost me more than $200 to fix the damage they did plus a month of excruciating pain as I was unable to brush or wash my hair properly. What a disgrace this place is, it should be shut down!
