Hasnt even lasted 2years the legs are rusting out to the point where I can put my finger in the hole. flanges that move water away, seal all the jointing, don't just paint this metal do a proper job I would have paid a few hundred more just for a more sturdy solid design. IT WAS THE SIZE I NEEDED .As it is I will never buy a Bestway anything in the future. Saving for an inground now maybe a few years .
Purchased replacement spa base and when it arrived was missing parts. Contacted BESTWAY and was as advised I had to purchase another part, Advised them that the part I had to was already reinstalled on the previous spa base. Asked for senior management to contact and they have placed my complaint in the too hard basket less thank impressed. Need to look at all complaints

filling process which then caused many problems with the pool. As it was a very large pool, water does cost a lot and we did not want to dump it. I spoke with company we purchased it through and were advised it should be ok for a little while. We reinforced the bent/bending leg to assist it however over time, the pool began to fully warp. The bladder of the pool completely changed shape and we noticed that the bladder where the leg had broken was stretched. The bladder was also completely stretched on both sides and no longer straight. The pool was always full as we maintained it throughout the summer period and it also rained quite a bit during that time. I contacted the company we purchased through who put through a warranty claim on my behalf. I was immediately advised that with the photos provided that they would be able to send out all the parts of the pool that were damaged which I originally believed were more than after the disassembly. 2 emails layers, I was advised that someone from the factory has looked at the photos and I was no longer entitled to new parts anymore and they continued to ask for more photos. I have had an extremely long back and forth of emails and have sent so many photos with the company continually saying I am not sending photos to them that they want to see, that the pool was not full enough, that it was not on the correct ground (instructions are very vague and only have do nots with no preferred grounding but followed all the do nots). I have repeatedly asked them what ground should the pool be on and they refuse to answer. I continue to ask for only 2 parts which is the leg which is broken and the bladder which is warped but they refuse to give me anything but a leg. It has been nearly a year since I purchased this pool and it has been nothing more than a nightmare with this company. I have nothing but negativity with the entire experience at this point. I wish I had never purchased their pool. They have wasted my time and money and refuse to follow product safety, guidelines and warranty standards and laws within Australia. Pool safety is extremely important and I wouldn’t waste my money again thinking this company could ever keep anyone safe. No one from this company has ever attempted to call me. No apologies ever. How can a factory person tell whether something is correct or not? I don’t think so. Do not buy from this company if you want a pool that last more than day!!!!

started to come away even though protected from the sun. 4 days ago the east side give way and collapsed. Just spent around $1000 On new cover new vaccum setup and chemicals for this summer. Bestway just ignore my emails now. They were contacted few months back when I noticed the damage occurring on the western side, I was told they would supply a replacement liner all up around $850 but not available till next Year January or February. Ok I said let me know thinking the pool will last another year only to have it collapse already. Now they just ignore me, 2 children very disappointed not being able to swim. These pools are not suited to Australia or probably anywhere really, the quality and workman ship and after sales Service has go e down the gurglar. Very very disappointed. Stay away from Bestway pools.

Poor design – Bestway pools have making pools for a fairly long time but they still place the outlet/drain plug 4 inches from the bottom of the pool so it doesn't drain fully . New Legislation in South Australia – I live in South Australia. New legislation this year means anything deeper than 30cm, you must have a council approved yard and an Australian Certified pool. Bestway Pools are not the BEST – They say it takes 30 minutes. That is a joke. There is pages of instructions that don't tell you very much at all. OUTSTANDING – I purchased my pool on clearance. Enjoyed it for a couple weeks. Then i found a hole. I did purchase the extra warranty. Within 1 day they sent me a tracking number for a new liner. No questions asked. They charged me nothing and they didnt ask for the bad one to be returned. Thats why they get 5 stars customer service did outstanding taking care of my issue. Thanks Bestway

DON'T BUY – The pools do not come with barley ANY instructions. You get like 10 papers and none of them really tell you how to set the pool up properly. If you mess up, your legs will snap and they will not help you with a warranty request.

Forget instructions – Forget instructions they’re almost useless. Go to YouTube for instructions. The included booklet will not answer all your questions. For example, it doesn’t even tell you to bleed air from the pump prior to starting. Show details
