I'm thankful at how terrible Bet365 is. Switched to Sportsbet and have actually been getting money back for once. Also had a better experience in general with them. Really should've switched much sooner, but it is what it is
Absolutely unacceptable experience with bet365. They accepted my in-play bet while the game was already underway, then returned my stake and marked the bet “void” once it moved in my favour. If the bet was invalid, why was it accepted in the first place? This is extremely frustrating and has completely damaged my trust in the platform. I expect a clear explanation and fair treatment.
Thieves,DODGY THUGS of Britain, Don’t use them here in Australia…. Don’t trust these thieves as they ripped me off many times and when you catch them they just say sorry and fix the bet in favor of you. If anyone have any doubts i can provide evidence of their dodgy settlements. I also need to now where I can report this behavior to AU government officials so they can’t do this with others. Thanks
Don’t use bet365, They are scammers, Actually they knew which Team wins, if we place bet on winning team they will reject your bet but when you place bet on losing team they will accept it, even after 3 months if you place even 5$ bet they will review your every bet if they see you place on win team they will rejected, I have won 3000$ they will… Read more
banned my account so I will not cash out my money, they are scammers, government needs to be put huge fine on bet365, just don’t use it, pointsbet or sportsbet is better.
Horrible betting platform. Stay away. There are other betting apps way better than this. For some weird technical they changed my betting stake to 2$ as the maximum limit. And when I contact them, they tell me it is the discretion of the trading team. Who really bets for 2$ ? Anyway maybe it is a blessing in disguise. I am out of this betting platform. Ladbrokes, Points bet and tab way ahead in terms of this.
Use a Aussie owned bookie. BET365 do not deserve a cent of your money – It is all good until you start winning, and then they place limitations on your account. Like all UK owned online bookies, they give no explanations and hide behind the "Terms and Conditions" policy. Not worthy of having a licence to operate in Australia
Don't bet with bet 365 – Refused to close my account. Said I need to wait. Sorry but this is unlawful . I asked for my account to be closed and they refused. Im going to the ombudsmen
