Parasites – Very bad bookie, get a decent win takes ages to withdrawal bad parasites.

Screwd over – Absolute disgrace,worse betting site & should not be operating,you get screwed on returns that are legit on TAB,they need to be investigated!

No Bonus Bets – They banned me from any promotions and didn't inform me of this. I had 4 placed horses last Saturday and didn't receive any of the bonus bets I was entitled to. The funny thing is, I only started betting with them in September and I was losing. Just shows how weak they are.

Misleading site and horrible support! – They ran an instagram ad for an offer. I created an account purely for this offer and deposited my funds. After searching for the offer, I was told that this was only for pre-existing accounts. They proceeded to let me know that I can't access the offer and can't even withdraw my funds!

Will cancel your bet and refuse to refund – Read there’s t and c’s they’re dodgy af and will screw you as much as they can

Thieving Book! – Scam Thieving book, tried to place a win bet on a horse which was rejected right before a race, watched the race it came third. have cancelled the bet however the race had jumped right after I tried to place a bet which was rejected market closed and it wasn't my whole balance much less. Stole my money Avoid and all the other books associated with that bookmaker.

Not bad, pretty good overall – It's OK can do with more exotic betting on international racers but 6/10 in my opinion

Very Dodgy – Betdulxe took a payment of $40 from my bank account. Absolutely no reason for them to take payments from your account as you deposit up front from your debit card Very Dodgy

Shocking customer service – I have been waiting for my bet to be settled and funds deposited into my account for 12 days (and counting). Follow up everyday and I keep getting the sane response that the matter has been referred to the “relevant team”. Almost like I am speaking to a computer with zero answers. Much better betting apps out there. Avoid!

Worst betting company ever – Agree with both reviewers below. Scam and a moron called Jack acts as both the customer service agent and the manager. Have reported to regulator. Avoid like the plague!

Keep your money and run. This is a scam – Keep your money and run. These guys are a scam and target problem gamblers. They don’t respond to emails and treat you like a dog once your no longer blowing all your money on their website. They don’t follow their licensing requirements by Racing Victoria and the VGCCC is currently investigating them.
