After wasting time sending all the verification through, they still refused to reactivate the account and kept the deposit anyway.

Convenient how they’re happy to take the money first, especially during a betting promo, then hide behind “security checks” to lock the account and keep the funds.

BETR are the biggest hyprocites. They offer promotions and when you use them for a short period after a few wins they take them away.Congratulations to betr on losing another customer and more market share. I closed my account and took my business elsewhere.How foolish they are.

Stay away! They're very predatory on getting you to deposit alot to get the deposit match. But the odds aren't good, and the target stats are always high!
