Don't bother, there customer service is non existent. You get 1 email that confirms your order the money is taken out and thats it? They send no confirmation of postage for tracking at all , you can not contact them at all your emails get returned as not deliverable? Rip Off – This is not a reputable company. Years ago I bought a shoulder support. Charged it to a credit card. Kept getting the runaround regarding a refund OR my purchase to no avail. Finally gave up, realizing that I made a mistake by ordering from these people. Never do business with this company!

at home for item. I was then told I would be called back shortly and have not heard anything. The only saving grace so far is that the phone number works and the staff are very pleasant.

just awful – Really, really bad customer service. Could it be worse? Why don't you try and find out. After all, it's only your time, trust and money that's being wasted.

Quality product at affordable price, shipped fast – Ordered late Thu night - had it by Friday morning. I was worried after I placed the order and saw the reviews here - half of them very negative. I rang and spoke to someone with no trouble, who confirmed the item was in stock and shipping locally from Sydney. I guess it depends on what you order but my ProCare Wrist Support came super fast.

Don’t waste your time & money – I had to return a knee guard that was too big. Their choice of courier company took over a month to return it. DJO received the item back on 07.10.21 - I had to ring them, again, on the 19.10.21 to request my money back! Extremely poor customer service. I will never buy from again!

Absolutely useless – I ordered a moon boot, as soon as I pressed the submit button, the money had come out of my bank. The next day I get an email saying that the item is on back order and would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. No mention of being out of stock was on the website. would be no longer needed. After a few days of jumping through hoops, sending them the order number, etc. a few times, I got the refund. I would never use this company again. Better to pay a bit more and get what you need when you need it, not when the problem has healed by itself.

Slow beyond comprehension – Their website is ok but once payment is processed the wheels fall off. 3 days after payment the item was eventually dispatched. The courier service was no better. 1 week in and an i still haven’t received the item. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Sent wrong number of items, no response from company – I ordered some orthopedic padding which was advertised to come in 24 rolls. I only received 12 rolls. I tried to contact them via email and their website numerous times but got bouncebacks and never heard back from them. Would not recommend this business

Fast and quality – Ordered on the 1st and delivered to Queensland on the 3rd. Lots of choice on their web site and good descriptions of products and their use. Reasonable price and quick service. I'll be back if similar products are needed.

They Love Stealing Your Money -be Aware!!!! – Got 2 braces for my mom Returned the same box I received with two different return labels they provided (don’t ask me why two if I received them in the same box i returned them) 2 months later i still fighting my money back and every day a different person “handles” my case and ask me again and again for the same information I have provided million times Do not buy from this people !!!!!"

Was sent Male product instead of Female – I ordered Female Comfortstrap for my mum. They sent me Male Comfortstrap. I was disappointed when they told me that was no different products between male and female (REALLY???). Their products code number are different between male and female, why they said it was the same product?. I will certainly call them back if the products won’t do the job.

that the quality & strength of the boot is not as good as the one I used 2yrs ago which I purchased through my podiatrist.

The boot from Betterbrace is similar, but definately not the same.

Excellent all round – Purchased my moon boot on line Tuesday morning and received by Star Track Express the next day. Product is far better quality than i expected. Highly recommended, a company that realises their client's are in need of immediate attention as they are nursing an injury. Great company to deal with.

to run and return to sport. I have no doubt in my mind that the use of this brace helped me achieve this, with no injury to the knee. I was able to snowboard at four months post op at 90% my pre injury level.

Quality product and I would highly recommend to anyone in similar circumstances. 10/10!!

came across this page. I was really concerned by all the scam claims and complaints. I rang dj global and they confirmed my order. The following day I received the email confirmation of an order, however none of the tracking numbers worked. Again I was worried about a scam, however, today (Monday) my brace arrived. Terrible communication that left me wondering every step of the way if I would actually receive the product, but when I got through to DJ global they were helpful and delivery was unbelievably fast!

Courier they use – I wanted to buy slower back Brace from this company they said they won't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers? I emailed them they said they use StarTrack express that's why they won't Deliver to where I need this StarTrack company is pathetic if this betterbraces use StarTrack you won't get your parcel? Just a warning?

Fair Trading but if it goes further you must have a physical address which there is nothing for this company. Trying to get my money back via my bank.

I'm on a low income and have an injured knee, sucks that this company has my money as I have no extra to buy elsewhere. Companies like this should be named and shamed!!!

Also noted that they have charged me for GST on the freight but not the product itself. SO DODGY!

Emails have been returned as "delivery failed" I tried to find an imprint with the postal address and normal phone number of the company on the website but there was none. It must be assumed that this website is a scam.

TERRIBLE!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY!! – They were very quick in taking my money and delivery. Now that I have an issue NOTHING. I have left 3 messages over the past 2 weeks and have not received neither a call or email...BUT their message bank promises a callback within 2 business hrs??!! Zero customer service!! Scam? No delivery, no response, – Waiting for my item, there has been no delivery or response frombetter braces. My order has been processing for 2 weeks.
